If you a regular homeowner don’t go here, they don’t treat you with respect, the counter guy up front shows no care to a regular customer. They find any excuse not to cover a warranty repair they made. Left a bolt not connected and machine fell apart (fan blade). I’ve talked to a few people on fb page and saying the same thing about this place.

I like this place and have bought many saws from them. However prices seem a little high. Price of a chain was 8% higher then Ace hardware. Very reluctant to price match, but finally did.

My husband love this place as he has a landscaping business.
He's always going in for tools and equipment.

He visits frequently I never hear any complaints from him.

I am assuming that it's a great place and he receives good service it convenient for him as well.

He never says anything otherwise.

My 74-year-old Abuelito went to Home Depot to purchase an electric blower. First, he had a hard time finding someone to help him. Second, the employee had no expertise on the products. Last, the battery was not available and had to be ordered. He left the store empty handed so I recommend Saw House who met all 3 criteria that Home Depot was lacking. Thanks Brandon and team for making the purchase look easy.

Had an unfortunate incident where someone stole my credit card information and attempted to purchase an item from the Saw House Inc online store. Their fraudulent services picked up this attempt along with my bank and canceled the purchase. I was reached out to by Brandon, very helpful. Thanks again for preventing this.
