7 I asked for the pasta salad and asked beforehand if it has any meat (I am born and raised vegetarian because of religious resons). The person working told me it doesn't have any meat, but as soon as I took one bite I realized it has chicken in it.
I took the order back and told them about the same, noone apologized and it took them 10 min to give me a refund.
They did not do anything extra to compensate for their mistake.
I am a manager in one of the stores in the mall and will not be returning to Sbarro.
Best Food Court to go to. Why!?
You get free refills and you can go up to the register to ask for it.:)

REHEATED FOOD. Brittle pepperoni, clumpy cheese, stale dry crust. Don't waste your money, they can't even get a pepperoni slice right.
Never coming back again the workers are rude and tell me different time to wait for a pizza.when I ask for a refund i was only given partial refund. I returned the drink the cashier told me u can have the drink back if you want it when he was keeping it on the floor. He refused to give a full refund. Horrible service.
I came here on 12/21 and tried to get my pizza delivered because I work in the mall and I never received. The Manager Steve was rude and the worker that tried to deliver my food was rude as well and wouldn’t tell me his name (I don’t know why he was so scared) I didn’t get a apology for them not delivering my pizza or anything and by the time I got there it was well over 2 hrs that I was waiting. My experience is to long to write the customer service skills are so terrible neither one of them should have a position within the company. If I could leave no stars I would TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could rate this a zero I would. Don't come to Sbarro's! All my coworkers came to eat here and got food poisoning. What a coincidence.
