I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They soak off with your whole fingertip in a baggie of acetone and then scrape off. It ruined my nails and my skin. Sloppy gel manicure that chipped on day one.

Since I left my last review, the salon has really improved in its aesthetics!
It is not as Cluttered. Brand new chairs, technicians chairs, and Client chairs as well as work tables.
Still loving Monica!

Please be careful with what nail tech does your nails and if you plan to do a design let them know when you book the appointment, they don’t make it clear that you need to tell them. There’s only a couple people who do designs and the nail tech I was with doesn’t even do ombre. I finally decided to do my nails again for the first time since my college semester started and I quickly realized I should’ve made sure Ken was free or just done press ons like I’ve been doing. I had a different nail technician than in the past and my nails came out lumpy and uneven, and there was even hardened product on my skin I had to peel off. If you go here, please ask for Ken, he always does amazing.

1st time going here & probably the last. For a classic pedi with gel I got no leg massage, no foot rub, no lotion. Even though I do not get ingrowns I had to ask if she could please use the tool to clean around nails. Only oil applied very quickly & then hot towel thrown on & removed after 30 seconds. She collected my credit card, said thanks & walked away. She didn't even put my sandals back on my feet. Not worth $67 for only 30 minutes. Nice studio & nice girl but people pay for a little relaxation & pampering & this was not that: (

I always have a pleasant experience here. They can be busy, appointments are encouraged but they will happily take a walk in it they have a seat for you! This is the best nail salon I've found in Lakeway, Bee Cave and Dripping Springs area!

Pros: Clean salon and friendly owner
Cons: $45 (before tip!) pedicure lasted less than 25 minutes start to finish. Results were just OK. Nothing amazing or enough to entice me to drive 17 miles each way.

Worst nail place in Bee Cave - unprofessional, talk about you while you’re sitting there, extremely rude - if I could give them no stars I would, did a terrible job on a simple gel pedicure and basic manicure with no polish, argued with me the whole time

Go see Ken! He is a perfectionist and my nails reflect that. Customer service is unmatched! Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing & clean salon. 10/10 recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Honey B.

I have been going to this nail salon for awhile now and my most recent experience with the quality of service is very disappointing. I got my nails done with a gel polish a week ago and they are already chipping and look very grown out. I don’t feel like the lady that did my nails did a very good job at getting the polish close to my cuticle at all. And the polish shouldn’t chip so quickly. I would also like to point out that I have paid a different amount each time I’ve been there for the same service the last 3 times, never a consistent price. I’m not sure I will be back there, disappointing.

I think they book too many appointments. We had an appointment at 5: 30 and didn’t get started on until 6: 30. There were multiple people who came in stating they had appointments and one group they told to come back the next day even though they made an appointment. Also we asked for the honey b pedicure that included a 25 min hot stone massage. My sister and I timed the massage and it was 3 minutes. They then tried to charge us for a honey B when we didn’t even get the full pedicure. We waited one hour to even get started on and then the pedicure itself took less than 25 minutes total. Very poor service. It was a very disorganized. I would not return. I’m sad to give a bad review because I was excited about trying this nail salon. Will not be returning. We were happy to leave and it was a stressful experience. A pedicure should be relaxing and this was far from it.

I just had possibly the best experience at a nail salon! Ken did my nails and he answered all of my questions with kindness and so much knowledge. He explained to me the process of how he was doing my nails but also helped me relax and have a great experience. You can tell he cares for his customers, employees, and is attentive to each person that walks through the doors. You don’t find outstanding customer service like this often!

Came in for a manicure. Left with everything looking ragged and bleeding. It took nearly 2 hours and they didn't do anything I expected to be part of a manicure. Seriously will never return.

I have gone here for months and I’m more and more impressed every time I go! Ken is amazing and always makes sure my nails are perfect and that I’m happy with them before I leave.

I went in @ 4: 30. The nail guy said they were closing soon… the sign on the door says they close @ 7: 30.

Very very rude staff! Substandard service! Overpriced! An abundance of salons. Kinder staff, better nails at quality nails and nail garden.
