The person who worked with me, Cristi, was amazing! She took care of everything and was extremely kind!

Best experience at an auto shop! Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 has to do with the fact that EVERY time I pick up my vehicle the technicians have messed with my A/C settings blasting cold air. Really? You drive it 100 feet and you can't leave my settings as I left them?

They fit me in right away for a state inspection and was out in 10min greatly appreciate it! Very nice place clean facility and friendly staff!

This is the only mechanic I ever use. All of the people are always super friendly and super helpful. Davis in particular has been amazing and provided a great experience!

These guys are fantastic. I do my own maintenance on my car but it needed an alignment after some work. Took it here. Seamless service. They did a free inspection, which was spot on. They also cleaned and washed my car! It took a little longer to get my car but overall I am very satisfied. I highly encourage anyone to go here.

They replaced the front struts and performed a front end alignment on my truck. David was my service writer; he was very professional and knowledgeable of the work to be performed. I’m completely satisfied with the work of the technicians. Additionally, David was so kind as to ordering me a Lift ride to my home and a return ride to the shop then the work was finished. HIGHLY reccomend Schertz auto service. I had an older vehicle I was getting ready to trade in and they got it running smoothly for me to do so. We also took my husband's truck that needed some work done and I've taken my new vehicle in for an oil change. Each time we were able to get the vehicles in on a timely manner and the work was completed quickly and correctly. The staff is friendly and the work is done right. I was also pleasantly surprised when I picked my SUV up and it had been washed and vacuumed out. We'll only be taking our vehicles there from here on out!

Always fast friendly associates. I have only used them for inspection services on both my cars however, if I had any problems with my cars, I will be taking them there. 2 thumbs high

Needed car repaired. Work was done in timely manner. Very impressed, they evaluated entire vehicle and sent video of all concerns. Will for sure be back.

Worst mechanics ever. They replaced things that didn't need to be replaced. Only to find out they

missed my transmission needed to be replaced. I will never take any car I own to Schertz auto.

I had a great experience. The people (I talked mostly with Madison and David) were super polite and very understanding, very helpful. I got a detailed list of the inspections and recommended repairs. The prices were pretty good as far as car repairs and I got my car back fairly quickly after the repairs were done. Love this place, highly recommend.

I went in to make an appointment because my car was displaying a message on the dashboard I did not completely understand and I didn’t know if I needed to go to the dealer repair shop to have it maintained. Madison asked an auto tech to go look at the message. Kevin was both friendly and efficient. He understood the message and advised me after reviewing the manual. He went beyond good customer service and I appreciate it. Madison made my appointment and greeted me when I brought my car back in. My car was serviced and cleaned. I am so pleased. Good service and good customer service. Thank you.

I rolled in there when my wiper blades had become detached during a horrendous rain storm. They were so friendly and prompt! They were a true "lifesaver! "
