Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston reviews
13They used to have better service a few years ago. They need to change staff there! Some of them very rude.
The Cabana we rented to celebrate my 2 year old Grandson, Kasen's birthday party was VERY expensive and the service didn't match. We had to walk everywhere and it was hot! The person that was assigned to accommodate us was very, very rude. Therefore, I don't see me returning to their establishment or recommending anyone to visit.
Good park very interesting lazy river.many different slides.on weekends for some queues 1-1.5 hours
I worked here 5 years ago. This is a very beautiful and interesting place. There is a lot of entertainment for both children and adults. You can have a delicious snack. The toilets are always clean. The ticket is inexpensive. Highly recommend
All rides weren’t even open and most of the river was closed and the food was very dry. I love coming here but this time it was terrible and a very boring experience.
I buy the season pass every year this year I didn't get my discount coupons for friends and we were limited on the days we went most rides were closed due to staffing. And now season passes are cheaper after I spent almost 140 each for family of 6.
Had several attractions closed. Unlike Disney the sign to get in told you which rides were working. This does you no good if you are not familiar with the names of the attractions. Lazy river was closes when we arrived, leaving little for me and the wife to do while the kids went on the rides. Very disappointed, did not live up to all the hype on this place
Half the park was Closed, 2 of the soda refill location ran out of coke and the 3rd place Closed an Hour Earlier than the park. The Pizza Is Massively Slow and worse they Burned the pizzas, had to replace them. The 2 shops do not give the same seasons Holders discounts, until forced.
Half the park closed made it really dangerous in certain areas. Very dirty and trash everywhere.
Half of the park was closed on Memorial day. My kids love the lazy river though they can be on that literally all day
COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! They charged full price but only half the park was open. Ended up leaving not long after getting there.
We had such a GREAT time! All was exceptional except the woman at the Swim up bar. She was rude as heck!
Schlitterbahn is f'n amazing. The slide are are scary and high once you get on them you're all good.
