Very good water park, season pass is very inexpensive and the ability to bring your own food is a super plus.they have a good combination of old and new attractions, something for everyone! I recommend to get there early or go during the week, is a very popular place on the summer (when it opens) and to be able to enjoy the whole park you might need a couple of days.

The best of the best in water parks. My daughters, wife and myself had a blast. It is definitely worth staying on property. We do this ever year and always have a great time.

I hate to give a bad review for this place as I really enjoy it. My biggest issue is some of the staff which are mostly teenagers or young adults seem to not care much of how things flow. They tend to rotate positions every 15-20 mins. Some do better as ride managers, but not lifeguards. Some do better in reverse. I think for the money the staff needs to be well rounded and know what to do. My family and I were going on a ride that was flowing well. However there was no one managing the line. There were 3 stuff members with in feet of where we were talking to each other. I asked if they were on break and the laughed and blew me off. I wanted to know who was responsible for the line and if they could help manage it. They replied that this was not there area and we should ask the lifeguard that was on duty. Which he was not really doing anything with the one but looking to make sure people are safe come down the side and people floating another ride. Needless to say I was pretty frustrated. Again this place is fun and I would say 75% of the staff is very friendly, but the other 25% needs some training.

I guess people frequent this place for nostalgia purposes because I honestly can't see another reason that would make someone opt to go to this place more than once. It's filthy and chaotic. There are like 2 or 3 maps in the maze they call a water park and some of the staff don't even know how to get to certain attractions. I didn't hate it, until we stumbled upon some very visible human doodoo that is. Like I said, it was filthy. I had always wanted to go here, since I was a kid. Major let down.

So much hype but it doesn't live up. The layout of the old park is confusing, signs posts were poor and ineffective. The "fast past" system really punishes those who don't spend the extra money for it. 45 minute wait for the tram is just unacceptable. They could fix some of these inefficiencies for so little cost and effort, it's sad they don't.

We liked Schlitterbahn and the kids had a ball on the water rides.

All of us enjoyed the lazy rivers, easy access to food and drinks, plenty of functioning bathrooms, and good retail.

We felt that the park has some issues. One is that there are spots that need maintenance and they look shabby (unpainted sections of walls, torn or missing carpet, unfinished rides under constructions) in the old section of the park. We would have liked more carpets in areas of the park where there is exposed pavement - so you can walk more comfortably.

We also felt that the park sells too many tickets. From park opening til closing - many of the rides have long lines and wait times.

The new section of the park has water coming down from the big new rides - which makes it easy to stay cool while you wait. But the old section of the park is hot and dry in line - uncomfortable and stressful.

If you’re a water park person, go and have a ball. The fast pass allows your crew to make a time reservation for two people l in advance - so you can show up for your ride right on time and go.

That didn’t solve our problem as we had a big group and the reservations couldn’t be made at the same time. We feel they need to iron out some kinks in the fast pass system.

We recommend the master blaster ride - super fun. But there is only one and there are typically long wait times, esp on weekends.

The boogie bahn was also fun and had a shorter line although it can be a short ride if you’re learning.

We also took a cabana each day - a good move for us. The service at the cabanas was very good, attentive and smiling waitpersons and quick turnaround. The cabana on the third day had a broken fan. There is only one power outlet for each cabana so bring a splitter if you have lots of phones to charge. The grilling experience at cabanas is a little primitive - as grills were old fashioned and somewhat small. We would have like access to a bit more modern grill equipment and a cooking counter to work on.

Overall, there is only one Schlitterbahn brand and if you know you know. We would encourage management to spend more money on giving the park a little shine where it’s worn.

Not the same as it used to be. The new ownership has implemented new policies that make lines longer and less ability to personalize your experience. No longer can you get off at multiple points on the lazy river or choose to go around on the rapids again. One point to get on and one point to get off. This decision to regulate the lines has actually made them longer and slower and the rides less fun. They’ve blocked off some of my favorite rides to make them shorter for example there’s a stretch of the cliff hanger that’s blocked off and you can no longer “choose your own adventure” as well as the congo river. So the lines have gotten longer and the rides have gotten shorter.

Lines are terrible, park is alot to take in, but the tram to other park and some activities like pools were best experience due to no wait.

Not enough places to sit and rest.lockers are overpriced.food and drinks are way overpriced.adult drink prices are astronomical.the every 15 min drink armbands are the way to go. 2 major rides were closed.and alot of construction going on as well.lines were looooooooong.

Schlitterbahn used to be fun but not anymore. The parking was a nightmare and the security to get in was worse than an airport! Why does there need to be a walk through scanner just for a water park? The lines were ridiculous for both the rides and the tram. The sodas were disgusting because they are just watered down and flat. The locker rentals are expensive. There needs to be more maps around the park or signs pointing to where things are. It was an overall awful experience for me and I was ready to leave after 30 minutes of being there.

Never again will we go to there parks! Was extremely long line for some of the ride. Most ride we're down or they didn't have life guards. Do better! Not worth the price. So much trash in the water "water bottles" / plastics

My wife suffered a heat stroke two days ago while we waited an hour and a half to ride the Master Blaster. Luckily, she seems to be recovering fully and has no lasting health issues we are aware of yet. She has a doctor's appointment tomorrow for a full examination. The staff was very helpful in giving her water and using one of the other slides to bring her down as it was too crowded to use the stairs. They had a wheelchair waiting for her at the bottom and took her to a first aid office to treat her. It was 107 degrees that day and you would think a water slide would be a nice way to cool down. Wrong! If you don't have a Blast Pass bracelet, you will be made to wait in the sweltering heat packed in like sardines with with ropes that can't be unclipped and need to be crawled under to escape. All this while you have no access to water. How much would it cost to install some misters with fans like the Congo ride has for the non-VIP patrons waiting for two hours in an oven? Would it be too expensive for them to install a water fountain up there? I saw another older lady suffering from heat exhaustion asking for assistance as well as I rushed to meet my wife. These extreme temperatures need to be addressed by their risk management team. Needless to say, my daughter is still traumatized after seeing her mother looking lifeless on the ground for almost a minute while I tried to recitative her. We were only trying to ride the slide my daughter wanted to ride so badly. This was her first visit to Schlitterbahn and most likely her last. Had the temperature not have been so high that day and had my wife been properly hidrated instead of just having coffee with her breakfast, things may have gone differently. I didn't see this potential death trap at their other rides though. I am only speaking of the line of non VIP people without a Blast Pass bracelet wanting to ride the Master Blaster on a hot day. You will be waiting in an oven for two hours with no access to water watching all the VIP people run ahead of you as you boil alive. It's not worth it!

The rides are great, the park is clean, the staff is awesome. I'm taking off one star because I think misters and fans would really help the experience when you're waiting in the long lines and it's 106 degrees.

This visit was not an enjoyable one. We purchased a cabana for our day. We arrived at 1030am. We were told we couldn't enter the cabana area till 11 since the park opens at that time, ok we understood that. Once we got to our cabana #607 we did not have our charcoal. We were told that it was "supposed" to be given to us upon check in. We entered at the W Lincoln entrance, we presented our tickets and stated we had a cabana 607, all that was done at that point was just a check mark on our name. We weren't provided with direction nor supplies for the cabana. Once we got to our cabana, which we had to guess our way to, we noticed there was no charcoal. A member from our party went to ask, we were told that it was "supposed" to be given to us upon check in. That didn't happen, we explained, then I asked where are we supposed to get it, I was told at the front of the park. Ok, while walking back to the front an employee was walking with a bag of charcoal, I asked if that was for 607, she appeared annoyed and stated yes and she was delivering as a courtesy, but continued by saying it should have been provided to us upon check in. I explained no one gave us anything nor told us anything, she shrugged and said "I'm just doing this as a courtesy but next time it should be provided to you upon check in" I then again told her that we were given nothing upon check in, she shrugged and appeared annoyed and walked away.

The next issues came with our "super blast passes" One, they were difficult to work with. The touch would not register with our fingers, wet, dry, nothing. One was giving us more problems than the other, I had to take it back to have it reset. The second issue were the quoted times on the band. The times were not accurate with what was being said at the ride itself. This happened on multiple rides, to include, the master blaster, the Wolfpack, and the dragons revenge. Times on our bands were saying upwards of an hour, so that meant that the lines were 2hrs!? I went to ask and see the lines, they were not that long and were quoted to be less than or an hour. The pass was supposed to quote us half of that time. None of the rides were accurate.

When I went to return the passes I asked for a manager. A girl by the name of Autumn came over. I explained the situation. She did not provide the customer service that is at bare minimum expected with a consumer especially being that our day was not a cheap day and a lot of money was spent. The other employee, male, was apologetic and was also surprised at the Wait times that were still being shown. Autumn continued to say that the bands are meant to be water proof not water resistant when I explained that the touch screen was not responding to our touch. She then said that is something "yall are working on". I continued by explaining that we purchased the super blast passes and did not get to use them to their potential. She then said, "well it shows here that you rode 3 rides so our policy states that you got your money's worth and no refund can be made" I explained that a 300 dollar band gets us 3 rides? She said it was policy. I then turned to the gentleman standing behind me and asked if they had the same issues, he replied that his family bought the cheaper ones and his family got to ride 20 RIDES! Autumn shrugged basically it is what it is. This is not customer service, this is not conducive to a day well spent, money well spent. I suggest work on your customer service Autumn. This was not an enjoyable experience. Our children did not get to experience the park like we thought, even though we purchased all of the extras! Do better! Customer service, engaging in a professional manner makes the difference. I could've taken my family to Seaworld, six flags, but we chose Shliterbahn. After this experience it is hard to say if we will return.

The way this park treats general admission when it comes to waiting for rides is egregious. Other parks will mix in fast pass users and the wait doesn't feel terrible, but this park will literally take every single blast pass user and keep the line backed up. The cliffhanger ride took us and 1 and half hours to get through. We then shuttled to the other park and began waiting on the Master Blaster ride in which we (party of 3) waiting for an hour and half and the ride broke down twice. Before those breakdowns, the line stalled so many times as they just let crowds of blast pass go straight ahead of the line. This was probably the line where it has the most benefit. We and several other guests decided to cut our losses and leave. The torrent river was enjoyable with a 10 year old that swims very well and is a dare devil. The photo package wasn't worth it. We only saw 2 photo opportunities, and they were meh. It was nothing like the photo package you get with Disney that totally makes it worth it. This park is not what it used to be. Staff was friendly and good for what we experienced.

Lines are to long to wait in. Like It's cool but I dont get the hype. Lazy river is nice but you scrape your butt on the flooring a lot.
