Schlotzsky's, Watauga TX

Horrible service, I waited in line for 25 mins just to be told when I got to the window that they had my order wrong and to come inside and wait again

Long wait and was not customer service kind of people at all stuck up and will never go back again

Every time I go in there, the employees act as if they hate their lives. No smiles, hardly any greeting. If the one closer to my house was open, I'd go there instead.

Went to drive thru and they said they'd be with me in a moment. I waited for a long time then drove away. There was no other car in front of me or at the window getting their order.

I've been eating these sandwiches for over thirty years, they don't make them like they used to. There were two thin pieces of meat on my sandwich. I had the original on wheat small. It was ok

Schlitzsky's was once again a good choice for lunch. I enjoyed the beef and smoky cheese sandwich and my wife liked her barbecue chicken pizza. My daughter ate all of her turkey and guacamole sandwich.

Ordered online and it was ready when i arrived. Very nice gentleman attended me. Food was for my mother. She loved it.

I always get the small original sandwich and I like it very well. I have also tried their salad and they are good as well.

Sure, the sandwich's are good, but you better be willing to pay a premium for it, and better hope you picked something of substance.

The sandwich on the left cost me $9 before drink and chips were added on (which totaled to $13 after they were) while the sandwich on the right cost me $7.

Why the hell would you serve such a pathetic sandwich for such a high price. I definitely won't be visiting here again.

Quality sandwiches with nice variety for everyone. Pizzas, flatbreads and salads as well. Cinnabon of course. Friendly customer service. Underrated place for sandwiches.

It was the best again, service staff are like friends. Wife loves my pastrami on that dark RYE, "all she says is amazing amazing" I've eaten along time. The store is clean and happy.

This was the best trip to schlotzkys ever. They did everything perfect and out order was a bit of a pain.

Why don't want something unique and do different I always stop by here and get something for lunch or supper the food is always great

They've been around for awhile and are still the great sandwich with an extra plus of Cinnabon's.

I always forget about this place and I don't know why because its a nice change from most places. The bread is incredible!

The Fiesta Chicken is the one and only item ever ordered.and it's always delicious. Sorry no picture of sandwich.

This place has the greatest food i have ever had, the pizza is delicious. The service is great. It's pricey but it's worth it.

Messed up our order and called them back. They fixed it right away without any hassle or trouble. Great service and food. Will certainly be back!

They changed their sandwiches. They aren’t as good as they used to be at a higher price. Had hardly any olives.

Seems it was rebranded with the times. But it lost its delicious charm.
