Schlotzsky's, New Caney TX

Food is always great, male subject at register not so great. Very rude and condescending. I could see from the front area how he was treating the kitchen workers, very rude and talking down to them. Very disappointed on the service. This location used to have very friendly staff.

Mediocre salad, cheap plastic fork and ingredients diced to small. Plus an extremely rude manager. The restaurant struggled to manage orders for a sports team and then talked poorly about the team after they left. I understand that big groups are tough but to complain to other customers is bad form. Won’t return there.

I love the food but the service here is always terrible when it comes to their hot sauce. Ever time I’ve asked for hot sauce they will ignore me and try to not give me any and when I ask for some (again) they won’t give me enough and you can see the manager behind the employees telling them no. Even when I order through grubhub the drivers tell me the employees won’t give them hot sauce at times when asked. I used to work at a Schlotzky’s so I know they can sell the entire bottle so in my most recent visit I asked and at first the girl said yes they can sell it but then you could here the manager behind her telling her not to on the headset. Schlotzky’s is one of my favorite places to eat and they have the best hot sauce so it’s frustrating when I have to practically beg just to get some.

We finally were able to eat here because every time we have tried only drive thru was open. The service was horrible. They did not have the pretzel buns and they would not give me the sandwich cold (other locations will). I ordered a pizza and noticed I was charged $3.79 for chips when I said I did not want any. When my order came out it was a sandwich. I told the lady it was the wrong order and she said she didn’t understand and walked away. I had to go to the front only to be told sorry and was offered a cookie or brownie for the mistake. We will not be going back.

Worst sandwich.ever! And it was not made with the ingredients I ordered. The bread was super dry and they said they only had I size. I should have read the reviews before going. We will not be back.

Drink was nasty the machine needed to be cleaned and drink syrup replacement. Sandwich was not made to order. Called to talk to management after trying drink and food. He stated sorry and hung up.

I'm guessing it was the manager taking orders and doing drive thru as well. I understand the pressure of that, but he was vocally loud enough to hear how he was talking to his crew. It made for a very tense lunch while sitting in dining room listening. Can't tell you name because receipt says term 2. Also he picked at his nose at least three times and when taking an order of another customer, wiped his nose on front of his shirt. Never saw a hand wash after.

This is the second visit.both times the bun very DRY. VERY HARD.
The bread is WHAT makes the Original good!
Will drive a little further to get a good Original sandwich.
Tried it twice. DIDN'T like. No change.

The only reason a gave one star, is because I wasn't sure I could leave a review. Walked in and absolutely horrible customer service. Employee walked right past me, didn't greet me or take my order. I waited, but nothing, so I left very disappointed.

I'm not HAPPY WITH OWEN of STORE #1317 522 Sawdust Rd. Spring Tx. 77380 the young lady was New casher got my order wrong I want a beef a roasted with cheese sandwich. On Sunday 08/27/2022 owner was rude don't give me a new sandwich course I called on Monday I was at work only 30 minutes for lunch. I'm not a bad person but I don't want money back just the right sandwich I ordered see I'm get migraine with pork it wrong sandwich it was chicken WITH BACON I DON'T CARE GETTING SICK COURSE MY ALLERGY TO PORK BE AWARE OF OWNER!

States they were open yet all doors are locked, no one’s answering the phone, and no one’s even at the front. Very disappointing.

Such a nice clean restaurant! Schlotsky's is one of our favorite meals and our sandwiches were fantastic! Nice and helpful staff with our orders made to perfection. We will be back!

Came to order the buy 1 get 1 pizza sale on Wednesday but was told there was no sale today. This has happened before and I have been told that they are out of pizza crust, not really sure if this store just doesn't participate or if they pick and choose

The man at the counter during lunch was rushing us but there was nobody in his little eatery. Rude. Actually said" Hurry Up" while we ordered.
