Schlotzsky's, Lampasas TX

They are always crazy slow, they always forget my chips when I go through the drive thru. And when I went there Saturday the manager chewed out her employee right in front of me and my friend. I just think it’s super unprofessional to talk down to your employees in front of your customers. And if that was my manager I’d quit. Nobody should let anyone treat them like that! It really put a grey cloud over our lunch.

How I haven't been here in forever, it was fan fantastic and delicious! The smokey cheesy sandwich I had made me almost go up for another. Being I didn't get in again before I parted town I would be back again in my travel to: taste the great food agin, visiting a clean building and exterior, and nice friendly staff that were awesome.

We ordered online and a 6 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait then our food was cold!

The food was very good as you’d expect at a Schlotzsky’s, my problem was with how long it took. It took me just over an hour to order and then wait for my food with 45 minutes of that waiting for a small original sandwich. I was sitting right in front of the counter watching everyone else wait very long as well with a couple orders coming out missing items. After it seemed like my order should have been next and I still got nothing I eventually had to ask which finally prompted them to make my sandwich and bring it out. Really not sure what was going on here but it took forever so I’d really have to say avoid if it looks like there’s more than just two or three other people here.

I've eaten at this Schlotzsky's years ago on my way to a quilt retreat. Still a great place to get a fast but really good sandwich. My husband got the pizza. Very nice staff. Who knows when I'll be back through Lampassas, but would definitely stop again.

Lampasas store is terrible now that they closes the indoors. You order a sandwitch in advance from home then get there and you have to wait in the drive through behind everyone just ordering. I called in and still waited 20 min so 35 min for a Sandwitch.

Well I haven't been here sense we tried it once when we moved here, wasn't all that crazy for their sandwiches, but the other day my friend wanted it and she ordered I and her California chicken flatbread and I was really impressed with it. So if I go there now it's the flatbread style pizza I'll order still not fond of the sandwiches.

Schlotzskys is always consistently excellent! Tastes the same no matter what store, what state, what time!

I have not been to this place in 4 years because the food was bad as well as the service. I gave it another try & will never again, when asked to have my money given back to me for sandwiches that were substandard & the treatment I recieved, I was threatened with the Police by the owner. I think the former 'good Google' reviews are fictitious, that's too many people with too many good reviews & this is the real world. The sandwiches are stale, & the owner is rude & threatening.

My husband saw the restaurant and stopped. He found a place nearby to park. Went in ordered his favorite sandwich and got 1 for me. It was delicious. It was so big that we could not even eat it all, next time we will share.

The bread and the food is good but it's always it's overpriced. Sign of the times

This was the worst place to eat because of the people that work there, the Owner said my order was right & it wasn't! He had an ego problem instead of helping the customer.
There was not very much meat on my sandwich making it taste like only hard bread. Subway is the much better choice in this location.

Lettuce on my salad was a little wilted. Sandwich was excellent! Nice example of the franchise. Store was really clean and modern.

Awesome employees. They were all doing an amazing job with great attitudes and good customer service. The sandwiches we had were some of the best we have ever had at Schlotzsky's.

Don’t even think about ordering online they took 35 minutes to make it and it was sitting on the oven for five minutes and they had people come and go that ordered after I did

Love Schlotsky's. Can't get it in the area I live so had to go when I had the opportunity. Food was as good as I remembered, the staff were very nice and dining area was very clean.
