Schlotzsky's, Kaufman TX

Food was made just like I ordered it (light sauce) ; ordering and getting food was a pleasant experience.

Pulled up @ 6: 57 pm on a Sunday. The person taking orders told us that they close at 7 pm and won't take our order. Ok.we were there before 7 pm, but I guess customer service is dead. We pulled around the building and there were at least 5-8 people inside at the counter/front area of the store. Their website says they close at 9 pm. Not sure what was going on, but we won't be back to this location due to poor customer service! All we wanted was a cinnamon roll.

Great Schlotzsky's. Good food. Friendly employees. Restaurant is very clean inside and out. Amanda was especially helpful. I was having trouble ordering through the app. She fixed the problem with ease. I recommend this Schlotzsky's.

My first time here. Young lady at the counter didn't even greet me. I had say HELLO first. The dining area halfway cleaned. But I guess it's like that everywhere. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich meal to go. Was NOT disappointed. It was really very good! Will definitely be back. Even if the worker at the front counter is a little flustered.

Nice quick service and practically no wait time. And I will continue to wat there. Love this food.

We were given coupons from our work that stated get a free sandwich with the purchase of any sandwich at regular price. When we placed our order for a large sandwich the manager refused to honor our coupon. We were told that medium or small sandwich was ok. That is not what the coupon stated. This is considered false advertising.

2nd order messed up. Tonight I wanted soup. I am sick. Got loaded potato soup. Got home and it was like mashed potatoes. Called the mgr, she laughed under her breath about it. Will never go back.

I love this sandwich. I get the deluxe original. With a coke and a bag of potato chips. I get one every Friday.

So I went when they first opened up manager wasn’t quite friendly. I let it go waited a couple months to try them again bad experience forgot the milk, took forever and then 3rd times a charm right! Nope so Tonight the drive thru girl was rude, ordered some soup got to the window was told they were out, ok no big deal the issue is the eye rolling, attitude of this young lady in the drive thru. Y’all lost my business this was the 3rd and final time.not happy!

I love schlotzkys usually, this location isn't my favorite. Last time I went bread was overbaked and drink had no ice. However even a subpar orginal is still tasty. Think location is still new so will try later.

I gave them a lot of grace due to just opening a few months ago. I held off until now to review. So this review is based on eating here three to four time a week for lunch. The food is always good. It’s the delivery that is awful. They mess up the order so often that I now just go inside to get my meal so I can check it. Literally all you have to do to get a 5 star is get my order correct in the bag.

Visited on a few separate occasions and each time the staff has been friendly and the food has been fresh with no errors in my order.
