The sandwich is simply wonderful. This location was very clean and the food was ready in a flash. Return often!

My favorite sandwich place. Love the original. Couldn’t find smoked Turkey on online menu. Just a little slow on getting service at online window. Will still go back because food is good!

I love their salads! But once in a while I get not so fresh salads or say I get no onion, they just pick it off and I can still taste the onion!

Pizza from Schlotzsky's is as distinct as its name. The sauce has a strong marinara taste, and the crust is airy. The chicken was tender and spicy. The purple onions dramatically enhanced the flavor, while the jalapenos provided the ideal balance of heat and crunch. Although I like my pizzas with less stringy cheese, the cheese wasn't overly soft. The barbecue sauce was excellent as well; I went one better and added ranch dressing to my pizza. For one person, the pizza's size and cost are perfect. Unless you're elderly or not very hungry, I doubt two people could share this pizza! I hope you go out and eat some wonderful pizza!

Place needs management. Food took an hour. No ice. Can’t understand the person at the register because of her wearing 6 masks.

Grabbed fresh cinnamon rolls and middle rolls. Was fresh and great to eat for breakfast. I highly recommend you stopping by.

Reliably good sandwiches. Get a craving at least once month for the chicken fiesta on jalapeno cheese bread.

I asked the worker if it was okay to dine in the dining area because I saw they had put some of the chairs on the table. If she had said no, I would have honored that. Because she said yes, we sat in a booth. She cleaned it for us and everything. Then as we asked for a box and were throwing our trash away, they started flickering the lights. And while heading towards the door to exit, they turned the lights completely off. Was that necessary? All they had to do was talk to us. But they used passive aggressive rudeness. Maybe my expectations are too high. AND they put the wrong Mayo on my sandwich. This was my first time and the service just tainted my whole first experience. I’m just not used to blatantly rudeness like that.

The New Braunfels location is one of the BEST Schlotzsky's we've been to, love this one!

I've not been to our local Schlotzky's in quite sometime. I was really impressed by the improvements. The staff was courteous, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious.

Clean dining area and restroom. Attentive staff. Quick service, providing quality food and nice presentation. That's a lot to say about fast food now. Thank yall so much!

The day of my visit, the way things developed, I walked in behind two other parties, and there was already a person being waited on at the counter. Immediately a second person saw the mini "rush" and opened the second register. That cut the wait time down considerably. I appreciated that. The lady who took our order also packed our order. She forgot the 3 pickle Spears we had requested, but when I reminded her, she put in six! And of course, the food was tasty, as expected!

Awesome food. Best sandwich in town. Service is superior. Even gave my senior discount w/o me asking. Now that's how you do business.

Guys, you need to try the California Pizza with chicken and avocado! It was delicious! Love the crust. One of my favorites ever!

Great original sandwich that i always get, cracked pepper chips and a coke made a near perfect lunch. The patio was breezy and 70 degrees.

I visit this location at least once per week and I’m always impressed with the excellent customer service at the drive thru. The young lady with the different colors in hair is always so friendly and helpful. Even on the busiest days she always goes the extra mile to make sure my order is just right! She’s the best and her hair’s pretty awesome, too! Good food and great staff

The place was clean, the people were nice, the food was not spectacular and most definitely not worth $25 for two people! I realize we're in a inflationary hell economy brought on my overspending of the federal government, but $25 for two mediocre sandwiches a drink and a small bag of chips? !? !
