Schlotzsky's, Belton TX

Haven’t been to this place in forever and I won’t ever be back again! The bearded guy working the drive thru window was rude as could be when he did talk, I asked for napkins which was was like the end of the world, this guy grabs a wad of them and just shoves them out the window and then just shuts it.just Rude! Ordered a beef and back smoke cheezy I get home and find some plain turkey sandwich… Seriously what a joke!

Our store ordered Schlotzsky's for lunch today. I am pleased to say our service was superb and so was the food! Personally, I ordered an Italian calzone and it did not disappoint! I wish I had taken a picture to share with everyone because it looked just as good as it tasted! Thank you Josh & Terri for taking care of us and ensuring none of us became hangry! ;)

First time here. I usually don't offer a review until I've eaten there a few times, but it had me on the first time. Since I've never been I followed my buddy's lead as he's eaten there many times throughout central Texas. Had a medium original. It was amazing. Definitely want that again. But I will have to work my way through the menu and see what I like best because it was great on first visit.

I have given this location a try a few times. The staff were nice enough, but not very competent. I used the drive through and every time they left something out, like my chips or drink. The sandwich tasted good, but I guess the people doing the actual transaction need more training.

Lately has been very disapointing. My favorite sandwiches were altered for the worst. They are using lower quality ingredients and putting less between the buns. My favorite, the french dip, is now tasteless and the au jus is basically water with beef flavor ramen mix.

The cashier couldnt figure out how to work the register. Rang us up twice, reversing each one. Finally got manager to ring up.
Then order was wrong. I asked for turkey and got salami. Got correct order and was the smallest amount of meat ever. I eat at Schlotskys alot and this was a sad sandwich. Not a word of explanation on the register issue or apology in incorrect order. Wont be back to this location

Truly not an authentic Schlotzsky’s experience. We went through the drive-through and ordered two salads and a cinnamon roll.they gave us only one fork and forgot the cinnamon roll. No big deal they corrected the mistake. But then my salad was missing a key ingredient, candied pecans on an orchard salad. And when I asked she said they no longer carried candy pecans. I think this franchise is trying to save money at the brands expense. The food was also in cheap generic containers not the usual Schlotzsky’s containers. Next time we will go into Killeen or Temple for Schlotzsky’s.

My sandwich was all lettuce not but one slice of meat and I ordered a medium original. I will not get food from them anymore.

My salad had lettuce, onion, and spinach. That's it. The lettuce and spinach was soggy. Never again will I eat there. No bacon. No avocado. You lost my business.

Worst experience ever. Went through drive thru and got home, and the entire order was not only wrong, but the salad was old and missing most of the ingredients and the pizza had what appeared as a bite out of it and two bristle like objects on it. The wait in line was long, although the parking lot only had a few cars, the customer service was terrible. The young lady who waited on me (receipt said Bobby) literally just opened the window, gave me food and closed the window. No thank you or attempt at customer service. Threw the entire meal away. Not the standard I expected at Schlotskys.

So, my wife and I went in for lunch yesterday (Monday) and I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño pizza. Order was quick and food was brought out to our table quickly. I was munching down on my pizza, REALLY enjoying it when someone came out from the back (manager?) and said he was remaking my pizza. I asked why and he said they forgot to put the chicken on the pizza! Man, I was enjoying the pizza so much I DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE IT DIDNT HAVE CHICKEN, lol. Well, they made me another and put it in a Togo box, so I had lunch for today all ready for me. Glad they are professional enough to come out and tell me they messed up instead of waiting for a complaint. 5 stars in my book!

This was my first time going here (I live in California) and I got the fresh veggie burger. It was good, but I guess I should have asked for no hair when I asked for no cheese.

Staff were extremely helpful, both dine-in and restrooms were very clean. Only complaint is the wait time during busy times can be up to 20 minutes long, but that was when both dine-in and drive thru were completely full.

I have never had a bad Schlotzsky sandwich until today. The great bread that makes the sandwich so good was toasted and flattened until it was dry and brown. Obviously made by the same woman who made the last reviewer's pizza. She screamed my name loudly and then turned and walked off like she hated making it. It shows. I have never left a review, hope the owner pays attention to it and others who take the time.

We ordered home delivery through a delivery app. The app allowed for specific ordering instructions. We ordered a deluxe original (extra meat) giant with no lettuce and tomato. We also ordered two center of the roll Cinnabon. Below is a picture of the sandwich. There were no Cinnabon in our order. There is not a lot you gotta do for decent food service, but getting the order right is the main thing. Not a happy customer.

I ordered two meals for pickup tonight 8/5/2021
The original meal with jalapeño cheese bread baked bbq chips and a root beer and a smoked turkey meal with jalapeño cheese bread, regular potato chips and sprite, with added ham (+$2) I scheduled pick up for 7pm. I got there at 7: 05 went through the drive through and told them I had a pick up order and they told me “ok come to the window” I got to the window and the only had my sandwiches ready I told her I had baked bbq chips and regular potato chips a sprite and root beer. She put the chips in the bag and gave me my drinks and I left, I got home and neither of my sandwiches had the jalapeño bread, the ham (that I paid extra for) was not on the turkey sandwich, the chips were wrong and the sodas are flat. I am very disappointed in this meal it was way more expensive that my usual go to (Subway) and they have less choices for toppings and the quality is far worse. If I’m going to pay $25 for a meal for my fiancé and I it should be WAY better than this. That’s the last time I’ll be ordering from Schlotzsky’s. #goSubway

I have always liked the pizza at Schlotzsky's. Not today. First the woman screams out our name for the order, then they no longer serve bread sticks with the pizza yet there is nothing to let you know this, then there is so much salt in the sauce, it tastes like brine. Not even edible.

It was ok. Except the attendants couldn't understand my husband when ordering. My husband born and raised in Dallas tx. Caucasian.

I ordered the original which was very good, except that they put so much mustard on it that it was dripping mustard out of my sandwich.

I LOVE Schlotzsky's but this particular one is always out of something. This last trip only had two flavors of chips - ugh. I always order extra lettuce and extra olives and I never get it here. Mediocre seems to be this location's motto.
