I ALWAYS have a great experience here. Nay is always great to see. She has so much high energy and great vibe that it's contagious. The food is out in a timely manner. This includes the busy lunchtime rush as well. Great place to eat.

Every time I order something is always off either bacon or most of time burnt on bottom legit burnt pizzas I stop going there

Dined in for a late lunch while Christmas shopping (12/19 at 1: 30ish). Ordered our food at the counter. Asked to leave a tip when we paid. Knowing the employees do not make server wages and they are not providing any other services besides taking our order, I declined. Thankfully, this was a smart decision. As we waited for our order, I noticed one employee sitting at the high top area with the charging outlets. She was on her phone. The business phone started ringing loudly. She looked back toward the kitchen area, but no one was answering. I assumed (wrongly) she was clocked out, because she made no effort to answer. A few minutes later, her coworker, and it appeared they know each other and worked together well, sat down next to her and got on her phone as well. Shortly after, a group of four arrived to order at the counter. One of them got up and took their order. During this time, I heard an “Order Up” and saw my order at the counter ready to be delivered. The girl on her phone didn’t move. The girl at the counter was busy. I didn’t want my food just sitting there getting cold so I got up to retrieve it. I was almost there when an older woman with a headset came out and asked the girl on the phone to deliver the order. She refused. I was already at the counter so I just grabbed my food and sat down. Shortly after, when the second girl had taken the orders from the group of four that had arrived, the two of them sat at the high top table and complained about the older woman and the request to serve my order to my table. After this, the two sat at the bar on their phones while on their chargers, only getting up when there were food orders to deliver. At one point, the older woman asked them to do something in the back. They looked at each other and said something about not doing anything she asked. As we were leaving, I heard them debating about when more cinnamon rolls needed to be made and put out. Overall, a horrible impression about the work ethic and culture at this location. One woman was obviously working her hardest in the drive thru and making sure the dining room orders were out efficiently. And the two girls in the lobby were doing the absolutely least they could. Thank goodness I opted out of leaving a tip. I wish I could have tipped the older woman. She deserves it!

They didn't put turkey and put a tomato in my sandwich, when I clearly said no tomatoes

First time in years I was able to eat here. The person taking our order was just ok & not very thorough. This was surprising, since this location is in AGGIELAND. We usually receive excellent service. Anyway, we split the turkey avocado sandwich. It was good, large & plenty for two. Limited soft drink variety & crumbs on our booth table, before we sat down. Bathrooms ok, but could be cleaner. I guess my expectations were too high. Will skip eating here again, next time we're in town.

Very rude manager. I ordered an original on gluten free bread and they handed me an original on sour dough. This was ridiculous because I had told drive thru I had a gluten allergy and that it was very important that nothing that touched gluten touched my sandwich. But yes, I understand orders get messed up, I've worked in food before. The only reason I'm writing this is because of how rude the manager was. When she handed me my food I opened it to make sure it was what I ordered. I saw that it wasn't gluten free so I was a bit upset but just asked for a new sandwich. She told me she couldn't do that because she "didn't like my attitude. " So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she was a short, heavy set Hispanic women. I think she was wearing a purple shirt but I cant remember. This was just an absolutely ridiculous experience and I'll definitely never be coming to this location again.

Man I love schlotSkys even when they get my order wrong everytime and it's expensive as all get out. O paid $17 bucks for a med original and a cup of tomatoe basil.ouch?

Food is always good and warm, but they tend to run out of Potato soup later in the day.

Service is always very professional and kind, but once they're are a few cars in line the service tends to slow drastically.

They were having a tough time in terms of fulfilling orders even though there wasn't a very long line in the Drive-Thru. As I was waiting for my food at the window the manager was loudly berating the drive-thru employee. He may have done something wrong (I don't know), but doing this in front of a customer was not necessary. I gave them two stars instead of one because the manager gave me a refund because of the wait without my even asking.

Got my order wrong, and instead of just fixing it correctly, offered to bring me some more ingredients to fix it myself. They did then offer to fix it, and it came out as delicious as ever.
Would have been 5 stars but for the weird customer experience.

The people who work here are great! Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of their products. The food is prepared fresh when you order, and the selection is broad. Excellent all around!

A urinal that doesn't seem to flush, a broken paper towel dispenser, and no soap.when we're still in chinese flu season. Also, this doubles as the staff restroom!

I love using my SAFE 2 SAVE points at Schlotzsky's! It is so great to be rewarded for safe driving by enjoying a sandwich or delicious pizza! Choosing to eat at Schlotzsky's is always a great choice!

Not so good, wait was pretty long! When I got to window I waited 5 minutes for someone to open the window and take my payment. The soup was hot, but tasted like it came out a can! The salad was pretty good the chicken breast was ice cold Lol they also gave me the wrong dressing, and nothing to eat my salad with! After eating my meal I started to eat a pack of the crackers they gave me it was stale. Bad service I will not be returning!

I love this place so much I go like every other day but but had bad experience couple times I wish i could add pictures either burnt pizzas or fiesta chicken pizza which barely to no topping after my 4 bad experience I stopped going
