5 stars for the manager Joseph! Blown away by his customer service over the phone and his willingness to customize a catering order. Will 100% be ordering from them from now on.

Food is great but they use smaller portions on take out / door dash orders. Paid $15 for the same amount of meat as my partner who ordered a small. Paying more, getting less. Dine in or check before you leave.

Did an online order here to pick up some sandwiches before travel. My dad used to love this place but there are no locations in California so had one made for him that I could bring back. The sandwiches were packed well and for dad tasted great despite getting it after a few hours.

Horrible service.you will be actively ignored.you will get lied to.don’t come unless you have like an hour to waste.staff needs to not snap at customers when they ask for help.

The food is terrible. I don't know why I keep thinking I'll like it. It tastes like it's cooked with dirty water. And expensive!

First time ordering online. Paid $17 for a giant deluxe original, asked for no lettuce, no mustard, add jalapeños and spicy brown mustard. They screwed this sandwich up so bad.no tomatoes no onion no special sauce. I wasn’t asking for anything crazy just not sure how they could not get at least a couple things right. Won’t be back to this location.

The Service was impeccable! Joseph did a fantastic job, and made our night the best time! Will definitely be back!

I think the lady's name was kali. She was a model of poor customer service. First time visiting a schlotzsky's and will be my last if service is based on her performance.

The service, simply put, was excellent and my party and I enjoyed a delicious turkey sandwich and cinnamon roll. The staff, particularly Mr. Joseph and Mr. Angel, were warm, friendly, and interacted with my group. I was extremely pleased. It’s nice to get this type of service.

They can't ever seem to get the order right. Staffing teenagers that couldn't be less friendly or care any less about doing their job.

I don’t really like the bread they use the fountain drink was flat. The bread reminds me of tofu bacon

This place constantly gets you’re food wrong. Don’t drive off too far before checking your meal.

Went through the drive thru to get two cinnamon rolls, i was handed the wrong order and charged for it… the employee proceeded to not refund me like she should have so i asked her to, then the assistant manager stepped in to help, thanks to the manager Saul was extremely helpful and corrected her mistake!
