Sandwich Shop Schlotzsky's reviews
21I feel so bad for the staff here, there's one older lady that is very friendly and ALWAYS working when I stop in, but you can tell they're a revolving door for hires, it's always short staffed, so their app is turned off half the time. My last lunch was two salads that never even got the chicken on them: - (
Had a pretty bad experience, slow service with missing food as well. Don’t think it was the employees’ fault though; the store seemed very understaffed. Would give 2 stars but giving a bonus star for the Schlotzsky’s Cinnabon
Nothing to complain about the food but the restaurant itself seems run-down. They're always slow due to being understaffed. The wonderful older lady at the counter does her best. The younger staff are rude and can't be bothered. The mens restroom was filthy, felt like I was walking into a restroom in an abandoned house. Don't know how this place has 4 stars, seems like it's badly managed.
I have eaten here several times with no issues up until today. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes trying to get someones attention. No one came so I went inside. Not the best customer service but I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and I took it home and was late for a meeting cause I waited 20 minutes and it was so salty I could not eat it. Now I will eat there again I hope this one experience was just a bad day.
The service here was awful. The menu sign was broken. The ice machine was broken. I probably won't go again. The manager needs to update things so people will enjoy coming to this store. The only good thing they had going for them was a good employee who served us. After several employee ignored us another employee came on shift by 2. She was very friendly. That's why I gave such a low review. The Bastrop place is way better! Never go here. Better service & store in Bastrop.
Food is good, but they are the slowest at getting your order ready. Long wait at drive thru. They have messed up orders. Don't be in a hurry.
Horrible service poorly out together food waste of money and no help from the staff but they sure helped them self to a tip by adding it without my consent
We had a Ceasar Salad and a Sandwich meal. The lettuce in the salad were old and dark and seemed partially rotten. The sandwich had way to much mustard on it. Only had 3 different types of chips to choose from.
Cleanness of the restaurant and the bathrooms is obviously not a priority. Floor is super slippery. Won't be back any time soon.
Service was a litte slow but that's today's world of being shorthanded. The young lady taking order's was very nice and considering it was super busy she had a great attitude.
Sandwiches incredibly bland, considering the price I was expecting to be blown out the water but the bread is bland and ruined the whole sandwich.
They are never open during their posted hours. On the rare occasions they do happen to be open, they are consistently slow regardless of how busy/not busy they are. Additionally, the quality of their food is kind of just meh compared to other Schlotzsky's locations I've been to.
Ordered online for my order to be ready at 1pm. Got in the drive thru at 12: 55.25 minutes later and I haven’t even made it to the window. There are too many other fast food restaurants in this town to wait this long. Completely ridiculous.
All of the lights were off and they were cleaning up inside an hour before they were supposed to close. We waited at the drive through for a minute then someone took our order. Food took forever to come out, but was hot and delicious. Kinda weird experience, but overall happy I got my food.
Waited 45 minutes for orig. And deluxe orig. Got home couldn't tell the difference so I weighted them they weighted them same so they cheated me out of money also.
HUGE sign says open daily 10 am. Drove from Manor at 10: 30 am and the doors are locked and no one answered the drive thru
Couldn't order online, over the phone or drive thru.out of items and short staffed.ended up walking out. Line was too long.
Bunch of kids. People inplain clothes behind counter too. Seemed like they were making their friends sandwiches before mine
This schlotzskys was terrible. The service was eh, the workers were acting as if we weren’t in the establishment. Everything was dirty, as well as poor quality. Both our orders had mustard covering the bread, and we said something about it as neither of us ordered it, and it just became a complication. Mustard handprints on food that wasn’t supposed to have it isn’t very acceptable. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they had been kind enough to help
Waited 45 minutes. There was one other person in the dine in. The staff obviously didn't care. Finally got the food and left. Ordered a large original with no onion and it was piled with onions and soggy. Completely disgusting. 30 something dollars for our order and I had to throw away. Already late because I had to wait so long and no time to take it back. I won't be back to this store until it changes drastically. It use to be really good.
Food is nice, meaning its clean, fast, and consistent in taste. I tend to go here versus other sub shops in the area as it's ingredients are better in quality then the other chain sub shops. Right now, 4/29/22, the shop is closed because of lack of staff.
