Schlotzsky's, Friendswood TX

Got there about five minutes before they closed (yeah, one of those guys this time) and was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile when I got to the window. Heather was friendly and a pleasure to meet. My sandwich was hot and delicious with some bussin Cinnabon’s I enjoyed later. This is my new favorite sandwich shop! Highly recommend!

The lady at the window had a very bad attitude, maybe because it was closing time, order 2 big pastrami Swizz sandwiches ask for pickles and gave only one. I noticed when I was already at the house.

Food is great and the general manager is really nice! It’s my favorite place to go eat with my brother. 10/10 would recommend.

Having been a big fan for years and patronizing many locations, I was truly disappointed in the FM 528 location in Friendswood. Nice, hard working folks there, but understaffed on this particular day during the lunch hour. One woman in nurse scrubs couldn't wait any longer in line and walked out. I didn't mind waiting, but was disappointed to bite into a sandwich with stale bread. Instead of the spongy chewy dough I'm accustomed to at other locations, this Schlotzsky original had dry, pieces breaking off kind of stale. Soooooo disappointed, as it's twice I've tried this location in my area, and twice I've left and paid for a sandwich and walked out still hungry. Perhaps they bake it differently. Perhaps they save and serve day old bread?

Great food. Very nice young man took the order accurately and suggested different options.

Rude! How can you talk to people rude in a service position? Horrible customer service and dusty establishment.
