15Went to the drive through pulled up to the window. Woman looks very dirty hair not clean. Didn't even tell me the price. Just waited on my card took my card. Never greeted me, never said hello. Nothing's said in the drive through waired for twenty two minutes for2 pizzas
Incredible sandwiches made with sour dough bread that is out of this world. This location does the original Schlotzsky's in Austin TX proud. I love the medium sized original with their organic potato chips!
Service is atrocious. Made an online order, paid for it, and realized I made an error. I needed to change it, but the guy that answered the phone insisted to the manager that it was a door dash order, even though it wasn't, and that it couldn't be changed. He refused to help, even though I told him three times it wasn't a door dash, and the app says to call the store to change an order. Thankfully the manager answered the phone and squared it away.
If you're in food service, and can't even try to rectify something, get another job.

Update: I was able to use my points to get my husband and me a free large sandwich!
Horrible service here. Prepare to wait an hour if you go in to eat! N 20 mins atleast if you go thru drive thru. The ladies that work in the evening on MONDAY 12/11/23 do not care about there job at all. I’m setting here waiting for my food watching no one care about there job or the customers! It’s very obvious. Wow for a high price fast food chain this place is DEF NOT WORTH THE TIME IT TAKE TO EAT HERE!
I ordered the Sammy sampler. For the 4 sandwiches I ordered the chicken avocado, no complaints except for (very little avocado), a beef and cheddar the bread was hard and not eatable on one side, a French dip and (got no a’jue sauce,) and lastly a turkey bacon. (No complaints) and a salad (the salad was good). Additionally I had two miscellaneous charges on the receipt. I asked about it and the manager (Arlene seemed irritated and didn’t want to refund me the charge's, stated I don’t understand what you don’t understand about the receipt.) After discussing and reviewing the receipt she gave me a partial refund for the charge's. I wasn’t aware of how messed up the actual food was until arriving home.
They tried 4 times to make my boyfriend's sandwich! Literally only meat, lettuce, and pickles. Very simple. The fourth one still wasnt right but I didn't have time or patience to wait for a fifth sandwich. This place really went downhill. Will not be back, sadly.
Paid fifteen dollars for a small avocado turkey meal, come to find out the avocado turkey doesn't come with avocado.last time we came the place was out of turkey and chicken.seems to be a theme.
Clean and tasty place for sandwiches. Actually it's the best!
Update 8/1/23: bragged to a friend about this place and went today. Everything was cold. Literally cold. Sandwich meats and soups. Small place and not busy, looked staffed well but this cannot happen.
This is 3rd time I get a #2 with no alvacado. I get it for the alvacado and turkey. My husband got the strawberry salad with 2 peices of chicken? He loved salad and I loved the sandwich but that is not ok to skip the alvacado. Not to mention 2 peices of chicken is not enough chicken period.
Schotzsky's was always great when we ate there. I tried different sandwiches, and they all were good. We would eat there at least once a week.
They have a 4 pk of Cinnabon for $19 one alone is $5 and some change.so I get the 4 pk and ask for a separate box for 1 because I'm dropping off 2 diff places. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME $5 FOR THE SEPARATE BOX! If this wasn't the only spot I can get these early I'd never come back! Always rude and take forever just to take my order. They aren't busy at 8 in the morning but somehow need to make me wait 5 min at the speaker before taking my order.
Got 2 strawberry salads today normally this place is good but went through drive thru. Was a African American man dont know his name he seem like he didn't care no manners. Asked if there was any blue cheese in the salads he said no turns out there is. Asked for French dressing guy just put both ranch in them. Took him like 20mins to get food ready. Terrible service terrible attitude. Please don't waste your time and money to this business.

"Sure, we can do a call in order for you and you want ALL the veggies on that sammich? I GOT YOU" Get up there 25 mins later and get asked "who was the order for? " Repeated the order as I did on the phone, then they proceed to make it with only lettuce & tomatoes ON HARD FKN BREAD. FFFF! HOW HARD IS IT TO REMEMBER WHAT PEOPLE ORDERED, DO YOU NOT WRITE IT DOWN? !
Original review: I used to love this place, but I found a STAPLE in my food. A metal staple. I took a bite and felt something sharp. I was shocked when I pulled it out, and it was an actual staple. Thank God I didn't swallow the staple, or it stabbed me. I called and told the manager, and all he said was "Okay, thanks" and that was it. He didn't seem at all concerned. Didnt ask if I was okay or even offer to remake the food or give a refund. He didn't even sound surprised. I won't be eating there again.
UPDATE: I was contacted by corporate manager and they apologized for my experience. Said they were sorry it didn't meet mine or their expectations and gave me a full refund. He was very kind, and I appreciate his help. This will be used in training. Unfortunately, I'm still not comfortable eating at this place, given the store manager's complete lack of caring.
