Schlotzsky's, Corpus Christi TX

I order via map for pick up several times a month. Payed in advance. My orders have been perfect. I walk in, find my bag in the designated place and poof Im gone.
I see all the suckahs in the drive thru griping about the wait. Plan ahead better. The service and quality is as you would expect any Schlotzskis to be.

3rd or 4th time using app to order ahead and not ready. People ordering in line getting food. 16 min past ready time. Lose that time of my lunch hour.

Schlotzkys has always been a treat for me, today was no different. Also just found out they have Cinnabon. Wow

Ordered a cheese pizza with Tomatoes. Got a pepperoni pizza…with NO tomatoes. Sigh. I hate pepperoni.

I have always enjoyed the "original" sandwich. This is one of best deli meals I ever eat. Did a drive thru this time by myself.

Our order was delivered this evening and the online ordering process was so hassle free and easy i was expecting the same efficiency with our order. It was on time and kudos for that but it looked like our sandwiches had been wrapped by a chimpanzee and then rewrapped by a blind one. I understand accidents happen but the delivery driver didn't mention anything. Very disappointing but nothing prepared me for the shock i found right on top of my sandwich. I understand South Texas has plenty of Palmetto roaches but to serve their legs as a garnish on top of sandwiches is just gross and unacceptable. As we were all very hungry i did not say anything to my family about this little extra we received but i will never suggest my (formerly) fave sandwich shop. Beware if you have a mild constitution you might try Subway.

My mother brought this home from work today. As a person with a lot of allergies (peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, sunflower) I have to check the menu. I don't mind, but many places don't list their ingredients or allergens, which makes this awesome. Not only was the food fantastic, but I felt safe eating it.:) Thank you.

I’d give no stars if I could. This is the second time in a row that we’ve visited this location and our order was completely wrong. The young man at the drive thru window was very rude and bland. I don’t expect a full on conversation but ZERO customer service. Then to come home and find that our order was completely wrong. Two completely different sandwiches than what was ordered and it was just thrown together all messy in the wrapper. Very disappointed that this has been a more frequent outcome. Save yourself the hassle and drive the extra mile to the next one.

I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a door dash order. The front girl said mam we are very busy, I looked around and there is no one In the lobby but one family. So she says the drive-thru is very busy. I walked out side, no cars there. I’m still here waiting the girl said I’m sorry I told them to make it and you were here. I feel bad for the owner of this establishment If you keep the current staff. You will loose all business, guaranteed!

I ordered a pastrami and Swiss. After 20 minutes I was have a ham and Swiss. When I asked about my pastrami and Swiss she came back and told me they are out of it. Never coming back. Refused to give a refund as well. Cause I hate the chips while waiting on the sandwich

Very kind and sweet staff! When I arrived they let me know that they did not have the chips in stock that I ordered with my online order. They replaced them with a different kind that I decided on and when I got home I noticed they added a free cookie and an extra soup to my order for free! So kind of them and put a smile on my face. The food was delicious as well!

Walked in. Young man was so nice and eager to help. Great service recommended the giant deluxe sandwich which I had never had before oh my. So great my boys were so happy when they saw the double meat. Great stuff. Clean restaurant, appreciate the awesome customer service! Love schlotskys good job Nicolas!

Jacob is amazing at the window. He makes the experience so much better with his cheerful, friendly approach. Seriously it makes the whole thing worthwhile.

Consistently with this brand of restaurants is greatly appreciated and this location was a prime example of that.

Schlotzskys has always been a favorite of mine but today I walked into this store and while this younger gentleman was taking my order, who which was very polite and mannered, a manger or other employee walked up to him and rudely interrupted him taking out order and yelled at him to to take his AirPod out of his ear. While I know it’s probably not aloud to have those on while working, it was not effecting his work ethic at all. The manger/employee, whoever she was, was extremely unprofessional by doing that to him. She should have waited for him to finish taking my order to tell him privately. To yell at him while he was taking my order in front of other customers as well was just beyond me. It was embarrassing for me and I’m sure for him as well.

Lol Wow. 14 minutes I been sitting here waiting at the counter for someone, anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Several employees have walked by me and nothing. I'm not really one to mind if it takes a minute for someone to get to me but this is starting to feel a little ridiculous. There's literally one other customer in this restaurant at the moment.

Ah, now someone finally asked why I was here. 16 minutes. Good thing i wasn't on my lunch break
