I recently went to purchase a vehicle from here. Al is a great guy, wonderful to talk to, the only reason I'm rating a three is because of what transpired after I left the lot. The very next day the check engine light came on, and I just felt like I was duped. I mean from signing the paperwork that I would be taking the vehicle as is, that should of been a warning from the get go. I will say, that it had been stated to me that I could have any repairs that the car needed at their house rate, but I haven't heard word from Jim as I reached out to him. He's an employee there. It's been a little over a week or so and still no word from him. The tires, I wish I would of checked all of them as two of them need replacing. And the Tire pressure reading keeps beeping and saying that the tire pressure for the rear tire is at 15, and then it says 13, then it'll go back to normal. Hopefully I hear word from Jim to see what I can get done as far as repairs go.

I had a great experience with Schneck Motors! They were kind, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. I’m very happy with the vehicle purchased. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I worked with AL. He has a great personality and he helped me get the exact pickup I needed despite the condition of my credit. I would recommend Shneck motor company to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price.

This car dealership is very nice, the employees are very respectful funny. Anytime you want used Schnneck is the best place to buy your used vehicle. Gareth Dibette is a very nice guy he will walk you through everything you need to get a used vehicle. No problem with their vehicle I have a great time with them.

Schneck Motors- Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware)
Do not buy from these people; they are the stereotypical used car salesmen. Located in a strip mall should have been my first red flag. I purchased a 2014 Audi from them this summer, the price was decent, but when we test-drove it, it needed multiple things addressed: an alignment really badly, the back of the driver seat had fallen off and the A/C hardly worked. It’s a used car, we get it, there will be things wrong. Gareth, our salesman, said they would get the A/C checked, fix the seat, and get it aligned. We came back the next day, they presented a receipt for the shoddy alignment and they said they serviced the A/C and it was blowing cold now. We took possession of the car, the A/C was not cold, and the alignment was still off. Due to time constraints and prior planned engagements, we left with the car, hoping they would work with us in the event we left, and still weren't satisfied with the adjustments. To begin with, the seat cover in the back came off on the drive home. They used double-sided tape to tape it back up. Seriously, tape? That alone screams shoddy business practice. When we took possession, they didn’t even bother to put gas, wash it or detail it. I know, they aren’t required to, but every respectable dealership I have purchased from, new or used, always rolled the vehicle off the lot with PRIDE: topping off the gas, washing it, and polishing the interior for customer appreciation. They told us they operate off a "if it's not pointed out as broken, we don't address the issue. " I ended up spending a few hundred dollars to fix the AC (since they didn't), and I fixed the seat myself since they had no idea what they were doing. Tape. In the Texas heat.
Since I live over an hour from the dealership, I inquired about the plates getting to me, and was assured they would be mailed upon arrival to their "dealership. " Gareth promised this. They called me to tell me the plates were in, and when I asked them to mail the plates, I was told no because they might get lost in the mail. When I told them Gareth promised us, the ungentleman replied “I guess we will do what Gareth says then. ” Well, they didn’t and when I called back a week later I was told the same thing, they refused to mail them. How cheap can you be not to mail license plates? Seriously? I can see the price of fuel, for the reason to not fill it up, but refusing to mail license plates is a complete joke. I have purchased a number of cars over the years and not one REPUTABLE dealer refused to mail me the license plate. Not a single one. I had to go to the DMV and get new plates since these cheap fools refused. A couple of months later I got a notice from NTTA saying I owe them $350 in tolls, but the license plate they listed is not what is on my car. When I called NTTA they pulled up the video and it was a Kia Sportage with the plates that were in my name and with my Audi. Now I have a whole case and have to contest this with NTTA. I wonder how those plates ended up on that car… hmmm. My guess is they are joy-riding around using the plates they failed to send me to avoid paying tolls, cheap is cheap and that’s what they are, cheap. They even bragged the vehicle had a 120 point inspection done by someone interested in buying it and it passed with flying colors. Yeah, okay Gareth. Had you replied to my many calls and texts you would have known the issues we were having, which is probably why you didn’t answer because you already knew.
They were great and friendly while we were there.a lot of overinflated promises, typical of a strip mall car dealership, I suppose. But once the sale was final, I was left high and dry! Gareth refused to answer my texts and the dealership embellished on my phone calls to them about my plates. You can guarantee I will never step foot in a place that is associated with Schneck Motors. My issues are with the promises associated with the vehicle, and the behavior of the employees of the company. These are my thoughts and opinions on the matter.

Complete slime ball. Bought a car, engine blew. He didn’t mail us the license plates because he said “fed ex doesn’t work locally. ” Run FAST

EDIT: Fort Worth is out of town and you are fully aware we live 1.5 hours away. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Multiple reviews of engine failure. Be careful.

I purchased an awesome 2012 BMW 528I that had low miles, at a competitive price point, but to top it off the car is in great shape, not easy to come by especially with under 100k miles. Im a younger Car Salesman myself and Al has been in the game a lot longer than me. And he’s killing it! He was honest and straightforward while also being real helpful throughout the process. That was his biggest tip for me in my career; to be brutally honest always. Great advice. Thanks Al

Update: Repairs $10,400. As far as customer service the guys were great. As far as the car my daughter purchased it is not. She purchased a 2011 X6 on Saturday 8/27 and have literally only been able to drive the car for roughly two weeks. The day she purchased the vehicle by the time we made it home the car was smoking like it was on fire. She called the car lot and they were great about the situation apologized and agreed to have the car checked out. She left the car parked and they picked it up first thing Monday morning. She was able to pick the car back up Wednesday. They told her the issue was fixed which was changing the spark plugs. Well it was not one week later she was
having the same issue along with an oil leak. She took the car to be repaired and sad to say $5000 worth of repairs. There are three major oil leaks, all coil packs need to be replaced, more front end repairs on top of the $500 spent on a control arm and rear control arm needs to be replaced. I totally understand when you buy a used car it’s as is but my goodness!
