Put in a support ticket for a recall notice a year ago, STILL PENDING. We have called several times for an update and they just tell us it’s in the queue. A year for a pending ticket unacceptable.

No solar support of their equipment, chat does not support solar. Solar support phone number is not answered. Bought $3,000 sw 6848 and charger half does not work. Combox does not communicate with charger/inverter. Local houston number does not work.
