$6000 for an uncontested divorce & I'm STILL getting invoiced after my divorce has been finalized. Keep in mind I've been layed off due to the pandemic. Worst decision I've ever made. I would've just stayed married if I'd known You've been warned.

Will not use them again. There us no need to have melissa contact me. Which I don't believe she would any ways, my case is closed and you guys are paid in full. I can just respond on here.
I never felt like yall were fighting for me and my family. We were just about pay check. Most emails or calls took days to get answered. I question some of the billed times. I don't believe it takes 20min to sent a two or three sentence email.
Also I paid you to do something which was never done. When I told melissa to fourth time she took care of it but of course she charged me again to do a job she didn't to the first time. I would go to court by my self before I gave you or your team another dime.

I asked the lady in front desk to give me phone # or any number to make a complain but she refused to give me the number. This law firm have a very poor costumer service and (PRISCILA) never give me what i need or what i requested. This law firm (Alison) charge a lot of money and don't do anything for me. WASTE OF MONEY! I don't recommend this Law Firm.

Extremely rude customer survey, they only take your money and wont do there job please most of these reviews are made up by the firm please do not go to these place they will keep on taking your money with no results.

Very poor service on this law firm, the front desk person (Priscila) never give me what I need or what I request and my lawyer (Alison) don’t help my case at all. Waste of money! I wished I knew this before I hired this law firm. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

$4500 in. 7 months in. Still not divorced. Should have been simple and straightforward. I got nickeled and dimed at every turn.even when I drove papers over to the Arlington Office. Very poor communication on everyone’s part. Right down to the last minute. No one could give time frames or answer legitimate questions. They used terms that a lay person would not understand and blamed everything on opposing council and the child support office.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica Phillips for anyone in need of legal representation in family law matters. She is an excellent attorney and works with a highly reputable team of attorneys and staff!
