Scotch Pools, Hutto TX

Scotch Pools has been maintaining our pool this year. The service has been excellent. The technicians are all very professional. The upgraded more efficient pool pump has reduced my electric bill. I highly recommend there business.

It is our first time using a pool service and Scott Pools has great customer service! Our pool technician Josh is what is the best part of Scotch Pools. If you are looking for a courteous, knowledgeable, on-time, professional and thoughtful tech then look no further. I do wish the chemicals were not so expensive and hope to find a system that uses less harsh chemicals though.

Wanted to share that Josh has done an amazing job taking care of our pool on a weekly basis! As many of us know, finding a good pool cleaning tech and company is hard to find. Well look no further than Scotch Pools, their techs are top notch, we are fortunate to have Josh servicing ours on a regular basis, but Zakeri did an excellent job while Josh was on vacation. Recently found out that the service manager John lied to Ryan about a filter blowing up on my watch, When employee there awhile back. That actually had me think it was my fault for over a year, and the new team I with now in repair, all with 20+ years experience all tell me, a sock as a breathing screen will not blow up a filter. Looks like Real Clean Pools, Yes this company used to be Real clean pools before switching to Scotch pools and paid for a filter they shouldn’t have, it was old and compromised already. Poor Management all around this company

We have a pool that has brought lesser pool maintenance companies to their knees. Scotch pools and the whole team have been able to give us crystal blue water through the hottest of Texas summers. Even better, they are very proactive when they spot problems to get ahead on any repair work. Highly recommended.

The director of ops, Ryan arrived early n was very informative. Scotch pools kept their promise n sent Zak to get our pool eco system fixed. It was green n even invited a copper head into a skimmer! He took care of all pumps, etc n chemicals n even came in the rain to finish! Our weekly guy, Josh, did a great job with maintenance. Thank Scotch pools. We r happy to b doing business with you all!

We have been using Scotch Pools for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with the service they provide. I don't normally take time to observe the technician from start to finish but I did this week. Mike, the technician this week was especially thorough in brushing the entire pool. I observed that he was not only thorough but efficient as well. Thanks Mike for going the extra distance.

Ken's weekly cleaning and chemical balance is always thorough and Geoff's filter cleans every 4 months are a must for our pool to survive in Austin. Thank you for your consistency of service.

They do a fantastic job every week! My pool stays sparkling clean and ready for me to enjoy. I had an issue with my pump over one of the cold snaps and they came out quickly and took care of me.
