I have been with Scott Brown Properties for about 6 months and have had nothing but great experiences. It has been hassle free from the very beginning. The staff is friendly and proficent. Kyle, the property manager, has been very accessible and is always happy to help with questions/requests. Also, Samantha with the maintenance team has been great about resolving issues and following up to ensure that I am satisfied and taken care of!

What a great company! The employees are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys next time your in need of a commercial property and/or residence.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Scott Brown properties. I am so impressed! Finding a place was easy, the process seamless, and the staff professional and responsive. Every work order has been completed in record time, and Tammy in the office is a doll. She went above and beyond to ensure I got into my space quickly and comfortably with last minute changes to my move in date. She truly cares about the customer, and you can tell she loves her job. I really appreciate the staff at Scott brown properties they have been nothing but helpful to me. I called Jocelyn for a maintenance issue i had and it was resolved In good timing she also helped me with making a payment through their new portal.

The company is pretty good. Jeremiah the maintenance guy has always been nice and helpful whenever we have an issue.

I am really pleased with the service I have received from the Scott brown properties staff, the receptionist genesis was nice and helped me when I came to the office and had questions about their properties she directed me to a leasing agent. Ike was kind and helpful answering the questions I had about the units I was interested in

If you have to bribe your tenants to give you a 5 star review, maybe you aren't a 5 star establishment? Having used this company in the past, it really doesn't surprise me. When we moved in, the place was trashed. Looked like they didn't even attempt to get the place ready for renting, but when we moved out they took our deposit. Just stay away if you can.

I have lived with Scott brown properties for three years now and my experience with this company has been positive. I have always been able to speak to each staff member whether it deals with rent I spoken to Nena she has helped with payment arrangements for me. Jocelyn/ crystal have helped with my maintenance issues and any other questions I have had with the property I live at.

Staff was very helpful in helping me and my girlfriend find a perfect apartment for us. Ryan was very polite and informative on the apartment we had our eyes on. Would recommend to friends and family.

Kyle at Scott Brown Properties helped me transition between two different SBP properties with ease and no hassle. The properties weren't always the highest of quality on the grounds and with maintenance. However, the leasing office was always helpful in addressing any issues. This is a step in the right direction for the organization to clear up past reviews.

I currently signed a lease with Scott brown properties and I am very happy with the apartment I signed for. I was pleased with the process Ryan showed me the unit and explained the process to me while I was there touring the apartment I also want to thank Genesis for answering any questions she could when Ryan was out showing.

Even one star is to much. The worst place you can ever enter. Especially the girl that she work in the reception. She talk in very rude and not polite way. I never enter a place like in my whole life.
