I have been with Scott & White Employees Credit Union for few years and I have opened/closed many accounts. They are always nice and very helpful. I want to say thank you to Kelsey for helping me with my recent auto loan, even though the dealership was being difficult, she stayed calm and was able to clarify/answer their questions. I appreciate the assistance. Kelli is awesome too.

Everyone involved in lending loan was very professional and caring, something that cannot be said about banks, even most credit unions, these days. Highly recommend using them for any type of loan.

I honestly can't remember the last time I had customer service to this exceptional level. Sarah Merolillo is OUTSTANDING! Not only did she help us personally with such meaningful customer service, it's because of her that we switched our business over to SWECU for our credit card and auto loans. We were seeking information about one product and Sarah was able to show us ways to increase our financial foundation. True professionalism and we felt like we were the only customer in the world, that's something really special. I have been a member for several years. The services provided are a plus in addition to the great staff members. The representatives are absolutely the reason I continue to bank with the union. Every single transaction between myself and the staff is exceptional! They go above and beyond explaining services and products offered. Helping me navigate my needs and how to achieve my goals. From everyday banking needs, saving, borrowing, and credit repair/consolidation information they are hands down the best in the industry. Thanks to all of them I feel like I have a grip on finances and I know Im headed in the right direction. Great job SWECU. Sarah the Member Services Specialist at Scott & White Employees Credit Union has been a complete God send! The whole SWECU is amazing and have helped me out tremendously with my student loan debt and financing new vehicles for my husband and I. This was the last place I thought could help me with my student loans but the moment I called and Sarah was quick to start helping and gave me genuine and personal financial advise. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. After my visit with Sarah regarding my debt I feel like I can breath again and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Sarah helped us. I’m not even a Scott in White employee it’s available to anybody that lives or works in bell county. Absolutely amazing. Customer service literally ended up saving me thousands of dollars on interest without me asking, they’re regular people like us! 100% the credit union I wish I always knew and will only use now
