Scottish Inns & Suites Alvin, TX reviews
14The rooms are well kept and of good size. They have a pool I didn't stay long enough to get to enjoy that amenity.the young man that checked us in was super nice and helpful.they have on site laundry which I always find a plus.the price for the stay was reasonable to the area and they don't fluctuate it like the others. I will definitely definitely stay again
Extremely run-down, dirty rooms. Rude staff. Shady crowd in parking lot at all hours. Stay anywhere else if you possibly can.
Wouldn't know about the rooms or service as I never stepped inside. I've seen more parking lots here lately than combined over a decade. I would definitely only give this parking lot for customers a 3.5. The contractor expected very subcompact cars would be driven by those resting upon the inns beds at night. 4,5, or 6 point turn-arounds are the only way to navigate an exit. I understand it's quite easy to get a turn-around from certain guests tho. Special rates, too.
I rented a room yesterday day at 11am room 214. As soon as I walked in the room I felt flea's jump all over my feet and legs. I was wearing sandals and shorts. I immeadantly pick up the phone and dial zero and tell the lady at the front desk and she said that the room has been empty for three days an that she would be up there in a little bit. Five minutes after I paid 96 bucks for the room all this took place. I didn't un pack sit down use the restroom or nothing. And she says that she was going to refund the money for the room and I say that I will gladly move to another room instead. She said no the room was contaminated and that all the rooms were contaminated and could not rent to me. The maid even had fleas jumping on her. And I said to her that if she thought that I brought the fleas on me or something. She just refused my service after I took an Uber there and gotten dropped off. They don't serve breakfast they don't have a pool anymore and the rooms have fleas. I lay carpet in Five Star hotels all over the country for almost 20 years for custom installations and Cand S custom installations and we are the top knotch carpet guy that the reps out in Dalton Ga the carpet capital of the united states. We are the best in the carpet business. And she told me that I don't know what I'm talking about. The Scottish inn is racist and trash and will never rent or recommend a person to stay at their business and will gladly tell everyone that I possibly can not to ever stay there.worst hotel I have ever came across in 18 years in five star hotel renovations and new construction installers. Don't rent at this establishment in less you enjoy getting treated like trash and having blood sucking insects drinking you blood. My name is Eric Delagarza and have references to prove my knowledge is legit ty.

If you are used to best western hotels, or along those lines, do not go here. Severely needs updating and upholstery cleaning. Walked into the room, the wing backed chairs were black from grime. Pillows looked at least 10 years old. Did not stay. Dirty, outdated, smelly
Great hotel. Much worth for the price. We are here for a long weekend heading to Galveston. Prices are too high Every where. It’s almost 30 miles away from Galveston but compared to other hotel prices, we thought to be here. Indeed no regrets. Its great.
There was leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed there before me. The cable tv went out but that might of been because hurricane Nicholas was hitting us. I called for pricing and he said $65. When I got there it was $79. Pillow cases had some stains as well.
Great front desk lady/family! Very friendly room service- cleaners 2 ladies. Visited my good friend last 2 days before he moved to Harris county area. Big rooms vanity area!
I had a mild complaint and the owner came right out and fixed the issue with a good attitude. I tried to tip em and he refused and to leave it for the worker in the morning. Good ppl still do exist!
A bit outdated but for the price can't really complain just mainly out of town workers look like filled the place but either then I would stay here again
Hospitality Manager was very helpful. Room was clean. Parking area well lighted and we felt safe and secure. I plan on staying there again.
Tina is so nice & accommodating. Rooms are Very clean & the bed is So comfortable. Can't wait to come back thru this part of Texas & stay here again!
Wonderful staff huge clean rooms convenient to everything Walmart food fine dining laundry facilities swimming pool excellent stay in fact I have never left and it's been two and a half years
This was the worse place i have ever stayed. The first room they put me in smelled like urine. They did give me another room when I addressed the problem. The second room was even worse. It had filth on the top of the dresser, the tv had a line down the center of it, there was roaches in the room along with fleas that me and my daughter had got bites from and more wrong with the room. When addressed the a few hours later what they would do about the situation as far as a refund or valture they would not do anything. I do not recommended this place.
