I am a disabled senior with a service dog and they said ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE DOGS. So yes, I went on down to the next hotel that did allow service animals.

At this place on Jan 2 to Jan 6 for $65 a night. We get there small bed “full size bed” and some of the rooms DON’T COME WITH A REFRIGERATOR OR MICROWAVE. We end up with a refrigerator “only”. This not a place to bring kids too cause it not clean when we open the refrigerator it was a in there. They aren’t open 24 hours. Then we needed more towels they had to wash more towels when it’s not a lot of people at this motel. Then we go in the bath room the shower head isn’t working properly at all. So as we leaving out the room a random person we don’t know him from a can of pain asked us if we leaving. It’s too noisy. Just don’t go there it’s not clean then on one of the beds it had a towel under the protective fitting sheet the beds are old since motel 6 was there and they have game room machines in the office area. That’s so ghetto at its finest.

It’s is no damn place for kids at all. This place are roaches infested me and my kids done see 5 of them. And we was only here for a few mins tops. This place where they have drugs and homeless.and it’s no telephone in here and the channels doesn’t work is cartoons Disney. The microwave was dirty. And your food isn’t safe to be on the table cause of the roaches that’s come out. They need pest control in room 149 and don’t have a top lock on it

They don't have clean towels house keeping is poor blood all over the room they don't have bleach for cleaning no phone cable bad no cleaning the rooms they don't change the shower curtain the sheets nothing I'm mind blown on this lady giving us cleaning towels instead of clean towels than mad I demand clean towels like no I been here a long time you going to give me white towels TF don't come here unless you just have to it's dirty they don't like black people they have roaches and they DIRTY go to Quality Inn out by the mall

Too many cockroaches in the room and in the bed. TV was messed up and had lines through the top of it. Air conditioner broken. Phone didn't work in the room and the cable was blurry and fuzzy on all channels. Worst place I've ever stayed at. Not to mention people yelling and screaming my first night there.

Well momma always said if you ain't got nothing good to say don't say nothing at all! The room had a nice refrigerator and the bed was comfortable! That's all I can say for now, to be completely honest.

Roaches, raged sheets and burnt holes in bed cover, bathroom door would not shut, good for price if you're from a third world country.

To start. I had to pay a $75 deposit. Not a huge problem in itself, but then we get to the room. It was reasonably clean, kind of dark even with all the lights on and had holes in the walls. The screen on the small TV didn't work properly. The phone was broken And I had to pull a big wad of hair out of the drain in the shower so that the water could drain.and the sliding lock on the door was broken.

Stay here if you really don't care And you just need a place to lay down for the night.

Walls were all beat up. Out side was in horrid shape. And the door.looks as if it was kicked in never repaired properly.
Bathroom wall was moldy behind toilet. Bed sheets had holes AC barely worked
Left a day early because of the conditions.and they have a zero refund policy. Oh and the pool was green. Dark green.

Not the most beautiful place but is ok, the give you what you pay. If you only need a place to sleep is ok, bed was regular and A/C works

Yes, I believe everything and everyone comments. They need to really, really, get trained housekeeper to do a better job, which it should be like cleaning ur own house. This hotel needs a better security not only camera so when someone get robbed or gets jack in theirs rooms or evening outside in the parking lots the front end needs to put their in put in and help their customers out by calling 911. They just can't say they can't help that us customers needs to be the one to call 911 ourselves.

The truth is I expected more from my stay at this hotel but to my surprise only when I got to the bedroom I found a cockroach on the pillow I went to the office and asked them to change my sheets and they very kindly did it but I think they should be more careful in cleaning the rooms at night I had to sleep with the lights on because if I turned them off the cockroaches would come out I couldn't sleep because at midnight another cockroach came out in the bed it was an odyssey my stay there and apart from that it bit my daughter something I think was a bedbug without fear of being wrong

Fridge didn’t work there was a cockroach we couldn’t watch tv this is the cheapest room we could find so we paid for what we got

Sink was clogged, ceiling had leak and bugs crawling out, mini-fridge was broken, boot prints on the bedsheets, a scary person knocked on our door at 3am.
