Scott's Automotive has provided outstanding customer service and beyond reproach Automotive Maintenance repairs for my family for more than 20+ years.

They were pretty fast. Dropped my car off around 830a, they called about an hr or so later about what is needed, cost and length time. My car was done around 2p to pick up. The cost was a bit more than expected, but repair costs are just expensive in general. They did take care of all of my needs without the selling of other things to be repaired that I didn't need.

Can’t say enough good things about Scott’s. I’ve taken my trucks to many different alignment shops, Scott’s is the only one to get them right every time. It’s now the only place we use. Thanks guys.

I’ve used Scott’s for my registration inspection for years and they always do a great job. I was a little bugged this visit because their main inspector wasn’t there when I arrived and instead of telling me and giving me the option to come back another time or having their secondary inspector do it I waited quite a while. Next time I’ll ask when I arrive to prevent the wait.

I’ve been using Scott’s Automotive for awhile now and I can honestly say I feel like I’m in good hands with them whenever I need anything done to my truck or car. They do the work in a timely fashion so that I’m not inconvenienced in any way. If anything was missed and I let them know and it’s going right back into the shop and taken care asap. I truly appreciate their work and appreciate the family atmosphere they extended to me and my family. They’re definitely one of the best auto shops I’ve ever used in my life and I won’t ever take my 96 Chevy 1500 to anyone else because of it.

Took my Dodge Ram in was having issues with my brakes and coolant leaking from my radiator, Scott’s quickly diagnosed the problem and called me with the details and the price, had me back on the road the next day. I’ve been going to Scott’s for years and I highly recommend them, honest people, great prices and customer service!

Late review but wanted to say probably the best service I’ve had at any mechanic. Had my engine replaced last year and then it’s messes up again. 5 other body shops said new engine had to be put in. Called Scott, and they picked it up a few days later and figured out it was just injectors and saw other things wrong with it. Best communication I’ve had. Called me every update there was, never left me in the dark. I will definitely be going back to get my diesel and OBS worked on.

Highly recommend using this business, they went above and beyond for me. Entire staff is very courteous and helpful. Extremely reputable business. John in particular was very helpful.

I came into Scott's with an entire list of things that needed to get done on my 2017 Elantra. Aside from the usual services like an oil change and tire rotation, Scott also diagnosed some electrical issues and determined it was rodent damage! Because of the 4th of July break it was in the shop for a little over a week (parts had to be ordered) but it's back to running order and I'm thrilled with their service. Scott even helped me place a "rodent prevention" device from Amazon in my car (a separate purchase that I decided to get on my own). Time will tell if that works, but for now Scott has gotten my car back to 100%. Highly recommend him and his friendly staff!

I love going there once a month and talking with them while they do my calibration. They are always so friendly & caring.

They fixed everything faster than I thought and if there is a problem, they will call with the details and price. They always inform me on what needs to be done and what could be put off until later.

Fast, effective, great communication and very convenient also the staff responds with truthful answers about what to expect with your vehicle repair request. I like the honesty.

Took my FJ to replace transmission seal, Excellent service, really good prices and got the job done quick! Definitely recommend this place.

Just got all 4 of my brakes and rotors replaced this past Monday. And my car is driving smoove like It just came off the lot! Love these guys from the work they do to their customer service
