Incorrect information/advice was given by an employee. This resulted in a product (heater) being installed which was not appropriate for the situation. The store allowed the heater to be returned but would not reimburse the labor cost for the installation and subsequent removal. If the correct information had been furnished when the first question was asked, it would have saved me over a thousand dollars and numerous phone calls. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Especially since the man who bought the heater does over $15,000 worth of business per year with this store.
Great Service, We order all our supply for our Pool company, The employees have always been nice and great to work with. I had returned over 100 items and they did not give me any problems
