Ted and his team did an amazing job providing hors d'oeuvres for our Fall Benefit on Nov. 9th. He worked well with us to fit our budget, as well as to adapt the menu to suit our needs with great choices. His team showed up on time and were very capable. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend him for your events.

Everything Scratch Kitchen has done for my events is 5star. From setup, prep and take down, their service is impeccable. Quality of food is top notch. The choices are ample and the portions are fine. I've never had an event where someone didn't ask for Ted's contact info. Best reference you can get.

I used Scratch for my husband's birthday - he love to cook and wanted brisket - Scratch prepared an amazing brisket for 30 people, plus salmon, and cauliflower steak for our vegi friends. The brisket was moist and had amazing flavor. The apps were wonderful!

On Friday, September 22 your team delivered amazing food to our Grapevine office. We had tenderloin and sea bass with salads, roasted vegetables, polenta, and wonderful desserts. Two gentlemen setup and one returned for clean up. The food was outstanding and received rave reviews from our team of event professionals, who have dined all over the world. The steak was juicy and flavorful and cooked perfectly. The vegetables were flavorful and fresh. The sea bass was like nothing I’ve ever seen in a catering set up. One lady took snickerdoodle cookies home to her husband in Mexico. The guys who set up and cleaned up were friendly and professional and did a great job. Thank you for creating an unbelievable dining experience!

My husband, daughter, and I attended a Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi tour event in Colleyville, TX, which was catered by you. We enjoyed your surprisingly spicy meat filled croissants and your creative, sweet yet savory grilled cheese bites made to look like sail boats (with the piece of bacon as a sail)! They were so good! It was worth the drive to not only learn more about the college but also to try your wonderful treats.

I'm sure this place provides great food, however my experience with them was not great in terms of co-ordination and communication. I made repeated attempts through phone and email for followup questions and suggestions and didn't get any followups after the initial response. I understand they might be busy, but it would have been okay if they would have just said that and not left me hanging after a couple of initial responses. Hope the management takes note of this as the stress of organizing an event is already a lot, can't have communication issues with vendors this way.
