Scrub-A-Doo Car Wash, San Antonio TX

Been washing cars here for 2yrs and I have loved every minute of it. Every wash, every time I give my best until your dry.

This is by far the best carwash around. The truck comes out clean and the free vacuums and towels are a plus.
Alex provided great customer service, very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman, I believe his name was Chris has amazing assisted my family and I with great customer service which I have never received here with wonderful care and specifically detailed on the types or washes. Great job

Really enjoy the wash here been a customer for going on a year now everyone is super helpful here special shout-out to Roger who keeps the peace here and plays by the rules without that it would just be another run down car wash but scrubadoo in my book and my family’s book is #1

I “WAS” a loyal customer until I purchased a membership special they had going on a month ago one of their employees was putting on the sticker on my truck and messed up the tint I had on the windshield. He stated his supervisor would be calling me…its been a month and no one has reached out. I’ve left multiple voicemails on the phone number they have in their website still no reply. They’re being shady. I’m disappointed.

I've used this place for the last 3 years and I've never had an issue. Today I pull in just as I always do, to vacuum my car BEFORE I wash my car. Guy tells me nope you have to wash before you vacuum. Are those rules specified on your sign? Nope and u sir were as rude as can be. Everyone make sure u follow the rules that aren't specified anywhere. Lost a customer thank you for being rude. I appreciate you have a wonderful day.

Scratches the hell out of the car
Their brushes are too close, going to fast and to hard.

Fyi to owner response. You won't see all the surface scratches. But i will take video of how hard the car wash treats the vehicle if you like.

Great car wash spot. They have regular deals on their car washes. Also all the equipment works. The vacuums have good suction. Fairly clean for a self service car was spot. We have been here a few times.

Staff are pretty nice and car wash deal ain't too bad. BUT. THE CAR WASH IS SPINNING TO FAST AND HARD NOT GENTLE ON VEHICLE AND LEAVES HORIZONTAL SCRATCHES.

Used to be excellent service, no soap coming out again payed for my service, the man looked like he was on drugs running the machine and no soap coming out went again and same man and no soap again I let the workers know there wasn’t any soap and they said “I’m sorry there isn’t no soap today” but still letting cars in with out letting anyone know horrible service

Beaware. I went through the car wash this last Saturday 8/26/23 and the track sliced the outside wall of my back driver side tire. I barely made it home. My tire senor was showing 5 pounds of pressure when I parked my car. Super stressful. My tires are Goodyear it cost me 553.59 to replace my tire!

Staff is friendly and courteous! Love they have towels and vacuums are great! Have been with them since opening day.

I’ve been with them since they first opened. Sadly, after years of being a loyal customer, I had to cancel today because my property was damaged and there was zero resolution in them trying to fix their mistake. I have had the SAME awning on my 4Runner for years and have gone through the wash with no problems. I was given the “OK” from the front desk to have a membership there. The techs have always adjusted the machine to the correct settings and there was never an issue; however, I went in last week and the worker (who looked irritated and rolled his eyes) didn’t set the settings correctly and my entire awning was ripped right off. The awning got entwined with the string and it literally lifted my 4Runner off the tracks and the entire struck felt like it was going to flip. I got a call that nothing can be done to fix my property. So just a fair warning to anyone that has ANY accessories on their vehicle, DON’T go here if you want your property ripped clean off!

My car is beautiful! Came out a million times better than the car wash you do it yourself. No spots and with a bit of armour all for the tires it feels brand new. Love the free vacuum how could you not vacuum your car when it's free. Can't wait to go back and get a even cleaner car next time. Because I'll be honest I probably could of went through twice my car had so much caked on dirt from all that rain. This car wash is my new addiction!

I’ve only been there a few times but it’s very good very attentive staff and they told me if it’s not really clean the first time go again is free no extra cost. Bought the trial membership at a low $9.99 a month.

I really found these car washes to be great and affordable! I have an expedition, so of course the back of my vehicle was never fully washed. But the rest of my vehicle was always sparkly clean! Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because I no longer frequent that area. I wish there were more locations.

Worst car wash ever. Did not even clean the car a bit. Car looked the same after going through the car wash.

Paid 10 dollars and I feel we good a good car wash, they have someone spraying the front end and back end of our car, and lots of soap while we drove thru, and the air dry its, it comes out shining

Great customer service! Hope the guy gets tip more, will suggest for him to to a cash app, most people don’t carry cash anymore.
Will definitely come back again, the manager was really nice.

Staff there is excellent Wash in package deals priced very affordable I took my company van there, vacuums have nice win attachments to get in a tight spots, air hoses are definitely a plus also to blow the dust out of the vents. They have rags for you to use and a mat shaker awesome
