Elderly lady that i believe was the manager was very unpleasant.didn’t seem to be happy to be at work and made the whole environment unpleasant, other employee I talked was nice though and apologized for her manager.

The selection is pretty large, but I went in today and have never felt more unwelcome in a store. Ever. No greeting, no eye contact, no "is there something you're looking for? " For the longest time I wasn't sure anyone was working. There were two of us in the store and the worker didn't acknowledge either of us. I'll just order online.

I would try and buy online instead of going to this store! Avoid at all costs! The black girl behind counter is rude and would not honor the 20% discount that I received returning an order because it did not fit! I called scrubs and beyond and they honored the 20% with no issues and they were incredibly nice! Buy online or over the phone! Do NOT COME TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LESS THAN A PAYING CUSTOMER!

I went to “Exchange” a scrub top today (less than 3 days from purchase) with tags in bag, receipt, and I put on the scrub top on in-order show the store what I needed. They tell me that they won’t let me do a simple exchange because it’s been worn, and tags were just taken off. This might be one of the only clothing stores in America that would not accept an “exchange” in this scenario. I guess I’ll be taking my business to Amazon and online stores from now on, at least they have a decent exchange policy and honestly better prices.

Went in with my wife. Lady treated me and other guys in store rudely.stay clear of Michalena

Customer service is a nightmare at this terrible place. Associates are extremely rude and unfriendly, it looks like they do not like their job. I do not recommend this place to any person because that person will come in happy and smiling and then will leave sad and angry

I usually go after work and there’s a worker named Ashley that I just love! She always is so helpful and finds me the perfect scrubs every time. The store is clean and organized well. Ashley is definitely a big reason I shop there though. She’s really the best.

Today I received some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time Jimmie help find exactly what I needed I was also in need of a watch because I’ve misplaced my Apple Watch. Short on cash as we all are Jimmie offered me the watch off her wrist which I wouldn’t have dared taken she wasn’t trying to sale me just simply the best sprite I’ve meet in a long time. It’s so good to know there are good Spirit people with everything going on in Society there are still Angels

BJ and Monica were super helpful! They spent time talking to me about the most comfy scrubs and even helped me decide which ones looked the best! I highly recommend!

I am so glad I came into scrubs and beyond. I had tried searching for scrubs at Walmart and even there x smalls didn’t fit me. I called into the store to see if they had any smalls for me a Jimmie told me to come right in and said she would fix me up perfect, and that’s exactly what she did! THANK YOU JIMMIE SUE!
