I've read the reviews and I don't know about the other associates working there but the ones I worked with today and would recommend when you enter is Jeff and Robin. They were both very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The customer support from them were top notch. If they didn't have anything they would tell you right away and not waste your time. They know their selections and what they have. They don't have to look through all the racks just to tell you you size or color isn't there.

They don't fiddle their thumbs and wait for you to come up to them for help. They are very proactive. They ask you right away. Even though I wasn't the only person being helped (there was about 2-3 other people being helped by Jeff) it felt like I was the only person Jeff was helping. Top notch! It's not like other stores where they pretend to ask you hoping you say no so they can go back to the cashier and play on their phones. No Robin and Jeff ask questions and find out what you want and how you want it.

I went to another scrub store and the customer support there was atrocious. They wouldn't help me find anything they stood at their computer and let you browse. One probably asked if I needed help but said it too soft so I couldn't hear them on purpose. Who knows. Only when you want to leave because you can't find what you want. Then they would they say "We can order it for you online. ". Really? Why didn't you let me know about this at the beginning when I entered the store. No thank you. I'm going to Scrubs and Beyond where Jeff and Robin works.

I would give 1 star if it were not for Jeff. He was EXTREMELY kind and helpful and this review has nothing to do with him. The manager of the store, a middle-aged woman (whom I did not catch her name), was extremely rude to me. From reading the other reviews people have left for this store location it is apparent that other customers have had bad experiences with this manager as well. When will this store finally take action to prevent customers from feeling uncomfortable with their rude staff?

Galleon Virtual Services had a great customer service experience with the business as a whole. Our employees went in to get scrubs and had an easy and friendly experience.
We highly recommend Scrubs & Beyond to anyone looking for some high quality scrubs.

Associate Jodi is UNPROFESSIONAL and expresses HOSTILE behavior towards customers.

If possible AVOID this place and go to SCRUBTASTIC IN PLANO! They are AMAZING!

Customer service wasn’t the best. The front desk girl watched me walk around the store looking and I finally had to ask her for what I needed. They didn’t have it so I tried to find something but their selections in two VERY popular brands, Landau and Urbane, were lacking for the cotton options. Literally a super small section and hardly any matching options.

Save yourself some time and avoid this store. Robin and Jodi have terrible customer service skills and you can find the same items on eBay or amazon for cheaper.

I think the customer service at this store has improved, at least the last time I visited this store on 1-17-18, I had a good experience. When I entered the store, I was greeted, the customer service ladies acknowledge my existence. The store is clean, organized, and the racks are easy to search through. Interestingly enough, every-time I visit this store there are new people working here. So. I guess, good help is hard to find. I ended up purchasing 6 pairs of scrubs for the new year, so far I am satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received that day.

I went yesterday to get embroidery scrubs, and the service was awful. I was asking the lady to show me different styles and she only showed me one. She was more interested in the sales than the customer service. I went to One med source in garland and they were amazing and very helpful. I ordered 3 pairs and they were ready in less than a week, while scrubs and beyond was going to have them ready in four weeks.

This (Frisco store, STONEBRIAR) is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been treated so badly in my life. This corporation needs to take a look at who is running this store.if there was an option to negative star I would choosen that. If I wasn't employee for HCA I wouldn't go there. I am having bad experience for second time. They act like they are giving it for free.

If there is a chance for me to give 0 star I would do that, I haven’t been the store but I called them and the person who answered was really short with her answer. After I am done, she thought line is disconnected and start mocking and joking about me. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. She even say the lady over phone is so irritating. Sorry to say I will never ever go there.

I was hesitant to visit this location due to the reviews. However, I was in the area, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! I called ahead to ask where they were located within the mall. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I got to the store, there was only one employee there, so I'm assuming it's the same girl I spoke with on the phone. She was just as helpful in person as she was during our phone conversation. The store was clean and organized by brand, color, and size and they had a wide selection. All that in mind, what ultimately made my visit a five-star experience was staff member Courtney. Thanks again Courtney!

I have visited Scrubs and Beyond in the mall on four occasions. The store is clean and organized. However, on all trips I have had horrible customer experience problems. On one occasion, as I was checking out, the cashier (Grace) asked if I would like to sign up for the rewards. I said, "What is the rewards system? " Her answer was "You get rewards. In the mail, " in an incredibly flat and rude tone, while continuing to stare at me. I was a bit taken back, and the manager standing next to her could tell and quickly swooped in with explaining the system. Did not apologize, did not thank me for my purchase at the end of the transaction. On my fourth trip, Associate 067480 was the rudest sales associate I have ever spoken to. She would not make eye contact, would visibly sigh, and would not look up to me when speaking. She headed me the receipt, mumbled "Your order should be in in 7 business days, " so badly I had to ask her to repeat what she just said. And she repeated it in a similar mumble in a more hateful tone with no continued eye contact. I will not shop here again because of these experiences, my husband was standing next to me during these exchanges and also commented on how rude the customer service at this particular location is. Will not be back, I advise you to spend your money elsewhere. After spending over $200 at this store, I have never had an associate thank me for my purchases. Just a simple, "Have a good one. "

The manager Frank is a rude perverted man. He refused to exchange a pair of danskos I bought for $146 and was very rude and perverted with his employees.

I went in looking for a particular brand of scrubs. When I walked in, the two people at the front counter completely ignored me. I went to ask a question and the girl completely blew me off and went to go talk with her co-worker. They organize their scrubs by color and not by brand. It's a complete mess. Do NOT waste your time here. Not worth it at all.

Excellent experience. I was just in last week only to exchange a top bought online for a differenet size. The manager, ROBIN, was extremely helpful, sweet, and went out of the way to help me find the right options for me. Thank you Robin! Your help was much appreciated.
