Sea Breeze RV Community/Resort, Portland TX

Extremely nice RV park, perfect setting on the shore near Corpus Christi Texas. Staff were extremely friendly and well organized and everything was in place for our check in. Maintenance staff were right there as well to assist with settling into our site. Site was roomy enough for us with ample space for our slides. Enjoyed the day by the water with a fishing rod while our dog played in the water and made many new friends. All in all it was a great visit and hope to return. We travelled in a 38 ft motor home.

An excellent RV park with outstanding staff. The issue we had was with the size of the lots. They could be larger, and should include a fire pit (unless a city by-law prevents this).

The customer service was excellent. Friendly and courteous staff members.
Very clean and maintained well. Laundry was reasonably priced and again well maintained.
Only draw back was the extremely poor WiFi.

We loved this park. Only reason we did not give it a 5 star rating was access roads getting there, and a lack of signage on the access roads. The park map was confusing. The park is on the bay and has a fishing pier. Crystal and Robin from the office provided exceptional customer service and checked on us several times during our short 4 day stay. The park is quiet and dog friendly. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the campground and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly but the only downside was the dogs barked the whole time the owners were at work. They woke us up every morning. They also need more lounge chairs at the pool.

We absolutely loved this location and will definitely be returning. Great spot for fishing and family time.

We recently stayed for three weeks in February 2023. The campground is pretty big. Very nice. Very clean. The views and sunsets are spectacular. I want to give a shout out to all the workers who are always moving and shaking around the property doing something. A special shout out to Lorraine and Crystal for their kindness and Hardwork. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sea Breeze is a great RV Resort! We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Their Saturday morning all you can eat breakfast was awesome.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and had a great experience. The office personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance people were prompt and helpful even though the problem was on our end. Everyone working on the grounds and updating. For those who negatively commented on refunds, we left 2 weeks early and refund hit our credit card within 4 days. Thanks for the military discount!

This is a wonderful park. Friendly staff, great amenities. I would give it 5 stars but the wifi is not good. Where our site is we get very very very slow wifi. It connects, just at about dial up. I have mentioned this when we first moved in. I have my own hotspot so I have interent access. But, if you require it for working remotely you may want to be sure you get a site where it works. I have talked with other residents and their wifi is fine. It seems sporadic around the campgrounds.

The Sea Breeze rv park is really good place all staff are very friendly and they are always willing to help, I would stay again if I return to Corpus.

We arrived late on a Sunday evening.the security patrol saw us and assisted us. He was very courteous. The resort was clean, sites were fairly level, with plenty of room, the palm trees and views of the bay were beautiful. The site we used was pretty close to the next site, but we had all the space we needed.

First night was good then the next night the park had trouble dealing with some campers that didn’t like curfew to much having a good time and not wanting to quit plus driving there 4 wheeler loud trucks around

Was visiting family. Great little cozy spot and fishing just a few steps away from the camper.

Great place to stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. They work very hard to keep a clean safe place to park your Rv.

Not a great area, not horrible. Most of the park is full of full time live on premises with a lot of stuff around their RV. Security guard was a bit aggressive when he stopped us in the park checking to make sure we belonged there. Had to leave due to inclement weather coming in and they would not refund the days not used nor would they offer a credit. In their defense if I only booked by the day and not the week the dollars would have been the same. The office staff was nice,

Very Scenic views great community, the heated pool is very unique and awesome, definitely worth visiting again.
