Sea Gull Condominiums, Port Aransas TX

This place was just amazing! Our room overlooked the beach and it was breathtaking. Very clean. No bugs. Wonderful service.

Room 208 is perfect! I love the view we have from the balcony, it's private and you can see the ocean from here. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We loved our stay!

Everything was awesome. We loved it! The condo was beautiful. There is only one thing wrong. The guest bedroom has a mattress so big that I couldn't get on it. It was actually my son's room. He is 6' 6" tall and he had a hard time getting up on it. It also is so close to the closet that you cannot open the closet.
The staff there was very pleasant.
We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice cust serv. Very clean place equiped with all the dishes you need. 2 king beds very spacious apt n love the enty of towels they give. You may need to ask for more soap.

I love staying here! It's spendy but we'll worth it. Right on the beach, chair and tents available. Pool, hot tub and a few deck grills at your disposal. Pure bliss and total island fun.

One star is too much. We stayed in 208. It was dirty upon arrival. The air was off. Took til midnight to cool and they have A GUARDER ON THE System so THEY control your temp. The pics on the site are false and taken 10 years ago.

Staff was not helpful. Ex: toilet stops up if you use any TP. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES TO GET A PLUNGER OVER EIGHT HOURS and finally had to get ugly for them and to send one. They were not even busy.

This is no luxury rental. Maybe college kids would like it.

Our family stayed at the Sea Gull in Port Aransas for about 4 nights and the view from our condo was spectacular. The condo itself was nicely laid out and the two balconies (Master and the living room) faced the Ocean. The two guests rooms shared a balcony as well but not with an ocean view. They had a view of the bay, the parking lot and the pool down below. We were on the 10th floor.

The stove took us a few tries to figure out how to correctly use the stove without setting off any fire alarms. The boys set up the X boxes and played that when it got dark.

Downside of this condo, was that the condo owners didn’t allow use of their washer and dryer unlike at Port Royal. The hot tub was nice, but make sure you get into the shower immediately afterwards. I was itching having waited too long to get into the shower. The only reasonable chairs to sit on were the ones on the balcony from the living room. All the other balcony chairs were way too low.

The beach was wonderful and if you are staying at the sea gull or sandpiper you can utilize the blue tents for shade for your family. First come first served. Please be considerate of other families who are waiting to use a tent as well. The “beach crew guys” put them up from 8 am to 4pm and they are FREE! Unlike what Kelly told me on the phone they were $55 per use. I spoke to the office Manager and she said they were indeed Free for the guests.

For the amount of money we spent for 4 nights, I feel like we should have stayed at Port Royal. We may or may no come back, it all depends.

Room is amazing. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Short walk to beach. They set up your tent on the beach and deliver fresh towels daily. Highly recommend.

Port Arkansas never disappoints! Staying at the
Sea Gull Condos made it even better! Such a beautiful way to relax and enjoy the beach. Love the location and super peaceful. Little peace of Heaven. Highly recommend.

Our unit was very nice. Well equipped and nicely furnished. In-room laundry would have been nice. View was great. One of the elevators was out for the majority of our stay but it was in service on the day we checked out (which was a relief). Would recommend.

This place was really nice. Sadly one of the elevators was broken, and then the other one broke shortly there after, but they have stairs outside. The only real problem I had was how hot my little sister's and I room got

Terrible place!
This place is not worth your money! Elevators don’t work! A permanent resident states the elevators have been out of order for 1 week. They did not let us know in advance they did not work. They took forever to fix only one of them. Then the stairs are not safe! Look at stairwell walls. They are absolutely not safe! Then there is hardly ever someone in the front desk to ask anything. I even asked when I did find someone how I would be compensated for the inconvenience and they never responded or got back to me. They should have told people the problems they were having in advance in order for us to choose if we still wanted to stay there. They are quick to confirm your stay and charge the condo fees, but not fix anything or help. My advice is to stay somewhere else.

Had a wonderful time in #103 they had everything you could think of and more! Super nice place, accommodating staff and nice clean Beach! Cute playground for little people Inside a gate and the pool was perfect.can't say enough good things! Very comfortable pleasant stay!

Stayed here twice now, condos are all renovated and the staff are friendly. Right on the water and their pool is great too!

Stayed on the first floor and condo was clean inside and beach was close. Outside downstairs patio area of our condo could've been a little cleaner-people's rusted chairs and some trash left behind there-but not bad. There was some construction happening and it was a little loud at times, but kept to daytime hours. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. Pool and sauna area were clean and well kept.

We have been visiting seagull for over 10 years. The service is very friendly. We just came back from our trip and we had a lovely visit but the room’s balcony sliding door was working. It took 2 people to try and jar it opened. I call and put a work order but it wasn’t fixed. I won’t rent the room out in that condition.

RENTER BE AWARE! This place is terrible. They changed the rate of our room 3 weeks before our arrival date on our 10 year anniversary from a 1 room to a 2 room. They told us we could either get another room or pay more. Not happy at all.

We booked #707 & had an absolute wonderful stay. Condo was very comfortable. 2 bed/2 bath, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living area & dining. The balcony had 4 comfortable chairs to sit & watch the waves. Easy access to the beach. Front desk folks were friendly. Almost half way between Port Aransas & Padre Island made this a perfect stay. We will definitely return.

Stunning! Stayed in room 205 and I am blown away. We booked on Vrbo and wow was it worth the price. Cooking thanksgiving in this dream condo is a heck of a memory. The entire building looks brand new inside! Super nice staff, clean elevators, pool, sun deck, breezeways and ON THE WATER. You have less than a 2 min walk on the pier to the sand. Amazing!
