Sea Island Shrimp House, San Antonio TX

Not crowded. Cashier was nice and a helpful young man. Food hot and fresh. Oysters on the half shell were HUGE! Had to cut them in half but that's great.beer in ice wasn't as cold as you'd think, our waitress who bought our food our was sweet and kind. Will return and suggest others try em out!

It's really sad the food was not great. Service ugh.we were there for the Senior menu like at it one fish, 9.99 regular menu 2piece fish same as Senior 2 pieces of fish. We may be old not stupid

Arrived at a good time; got our order in within 10 min. The floor staff kept checking on us and was friendly. The food was delicious.

Fish was great coleslaw excellent hushpuppies crispy Sea Island you get five stars from me

Do not recommend. Really disappointed with the quality of the food. Used to enjoy, but recent visit changed all that. Garden salad had red, bad lettuce. “World famous” shrimp covered in very salty crusty coating. Did not try fried seafood; perhaps better?

Good food. But make sure you check your order before you leave. They cannot follow orders. I asked for shrimp Devaned and did not get it but paid extra for it. Asked for certain amount of condiments did not get that either.

We reserved the room for a party and the lighting didn't work people did not get the food they ordered in a timely manner.we finished eating and others hadn't even been served yet and they ordered before we did go figure.

We had a nice dinner.food was fresh and no overfried okra! The customer service was enjoyable, friendly attentive staff. We will come again!

4 stars because we came in during lunch got lunch specials and watched many people after us get their food. Waited 40 minutes. They gave us a coupon for free appetizer next time we go. Other than that the food was good and atmosphere. It was our first time there. I will visit again and hope the wait is less time.

Had lunch at the NW loop 410 location.
Had to wait over 30 min for the grilled salmon and shrimp. Food came out cold. I keep trying this location and are always disappointed with food quality.
Time to spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a seafood platter to go. Upon checking the food at home, I noticed one of the fried oysters was raw. It was gooey and had a green tinge to it. Needless to say, I lost my appetite and did not eat the meal.

Our food was very tasty, cooked correctly w very good customer service. I want to just take a second to thank these as well as all those that work in food and any kind of service industry. I've done this kind of work and it can be thankless but not today. Thank you for what you do.

My favorite place use to go there with my daddy to celebrate our birthdays and family reunions!

Great place fast service lots of healthy options. Would eat here more often if they didn't have the no concealed Carry sign on the door
