Absolutely amazing service! Our washer and dryer went out and my husband couldnt fix it due to his Dissability.
They came over at 4am when our washer was leaking everywhere. They fixed the problem within 10 minutes when others said it would take days to fix. I was absolutely shocked! I am so so grateful for Joseph for the amount of work he put in for us such an amazing price and with the timeliness. They went above and beyond for us. I will always call them if I’m ever in need. Don’t go anywhere else for your repairs! They are the best!

If you need your washer and dryer repaired or replaced this is the man for you he came out 6pm to fix my dryer and didn’t leave until it was complete best person for the job

This is my second 5 star review for Searles. When my washer stopped draining last week, I called Joseph right away because he is the only one I'll trust in the Killeen area to work on my appliances. 2 years ago. I highly recommend Searles. Joseph was honest and saved me money with his service call, by telling me the parts i needed to do an easy fix myself. Alot of guys would of charged inflated fees for parts and labor, he did not. Definetly a trustworthy man that cares about his customers and not out to rip people off. Im blessed to have found Searles Appliance Repair. Will be a return customer.

I called about diagnosis and repair on two appliances.
They told me up front that they do not do the repairs on one of the appliances (icemaker) but gave me the option of coming out and working on one, or refer me to another repair place that could repair both at the same time.
Their up-front honesty and courtesy is truly appreciated!

Kept having issues with my dishwasher not working had to unplug and plug back in every time. He gave me a fair price compared to these others out there and didn’t fart around. I no longer washing them by hand.

Long story but I bought used appliances from a woman on fb and the woman wouldn’t fix them once the dryer broke. After finding Joseph on Google I contacted him to fix my broken dryer and let me tell you I am blown away with how quick he came over to work on my dryer. He was very knowledgeable and professional with the work he did for our family. He even walked us through the entire process. I called Joseph to see if he could come and see what was wrong with my washing machine that had been leaking for months, the very NEXT day he was at my house and had it figured out within minutes and had the parts ordered and overnighted and my machine was fixed! Joseph was so professional, kind, knowledgeable and even helped hook it back up and a great price. If my machine ever needs work again he will be my go to guy!
