This place was my favorite place to get my nails done, I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long but decided to come back because they’ve never failed me, there were a couple small hiccups with my nails after they were done and I called them after leaving to explain my dissatisfaction, they were quick to tell me come over as soon as 9am to get them fixed and they were sweet, understanding, professional, and did an outstanding job!

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Did a great job on my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I love this place! They always have a ton of staff working so I am in and out quickly. They always do a fantastic job as well. I've been coming here for 3 years and am sad to be moving closer to central texas in a month. I will for sure miss this place! The one thing I don't like is that they nickle and dime you for everything. $5 extra for nail shaping. $15 extra for shellac on my toes but only $5 extra for the same color on my nails? Didn't understand that. But it's ok! My nails and toes were done beautifully.

Staff is really nice especially the curly haired viet guy at the front desk he was so helpful and funny, great personality. I will definitely come back just because his service was good. I really think he should get a raise.

I am compelled to share my disappointment and frustration with the abysmal customer service and unprofessional conduct I encountered during my visit to Secret Escape Nail Lounge.

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority at this salon. Kelly's lack of professionalism was apparent as she failed to greet me properly and neglected to offer even a basic beverage, which is a standard courtesy in most reputable nail establishments.

Things took a turn for the worse when I politely requested a specific nail preference. Instead of addressing my request in a professional manner, Kelly became rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She refused to honor my preference without providing any valid explanation, leaving me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a paying customer.

To make matters even more appalling, while Kelly worked on my nails, she engaged in a conversation with a colleague in Vietnamese, speaking about me in a derogatory manner. This level of degradation and disrespect is utterly unacceptable and reflects the low standards of professionalism maintained by the salon.

The overall experience left me feeling humiliated, disheartened, and utterly disappointed in the service provided by Kelly. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the absence of basic respect for individuals.

I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative nail salons that prioritize professionalism, courtesy, and respect for their patrons. It is evident that Secret Escape Nail Lounge fails to meet these fundamental expectations, and I regret having wasted my time and money on an establishment that clearly lacks the necessary standards of service.

It is my sincere hope that the management takes immediate action to address the shortcomings in their service and hold their staff accountable for their unprofessional behavior. However, based on my experience with Kelly, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking a positive and respectful customer experience.

Good service and talented staff. Got acrylic nails for the first time and loved the result. Normally, I get dip and occasionally design, but my nail artist recommended acrylic. Her name is Ha, she was sweet and offered different options!

So this was my first experience and it did not go well. The service was ok the shop it self was clean this was good but as far as in my nail service in particular they weren’t I called prior to coming because I seen this place on TikTok had a lot of good reviews and I took a chance my nails are not coffin shape as requested. I showed multiple pictures. I called spoke to someone who stated their name was Jaden and they were the manager. He stated he lol longer does nails he’s only the manager prior to checking out as well. I had an issue with the cashier because I asked him his name of course I think he lied because he asked me why did I need the name yet? I did not say anything other than I won’t be coming back, and I said in a pleasant tone so if I can rate this place -0 I would. I paid 105 for someone to play over my graduation nails to be exact. So word of advice those who are looking on TikTok if you haven’t been there, or someone gave you a name in particular be careful it’s going. If that’s the case, I can’t respond back to what you put on here for some reason but yes, she asked me and I told her several times to make smaller. You should’ve been able to hear that as well and I asked him what was his name? Also o clearly asked his name and he said why and just have me any name that’s why I said he probably was lying, He told me his name was something else I ask for Jaden 2x. He just said that’s the manager that was it. He never went to go get the manager anything again I wasn’t trying to do anything extra because I know I will not be coming back. Thank you.

This is a great salon. I was able to find a nail tech that has been amazing. My nails look. The pedicures are on point. Make sure to call in advance for your appointment. They do get busy.

Staff really nice came in last time Jessie did really good on my manicure, and Vu was really friendly, funny and nice, offer me drinks and refer good tech for me. Will definitely come back

Very busy nail salon in the medical center. The nail techs work fast and they do a great job. The healthcare worker discount is always a plus!

Let me start off by saying if you go to a nail shop and they aren’t taking the tools out of a fresh package, walk out. Having said that, this place is really nice and gives a luxury vibe. They are definitely on the more expensive side but it’s by the medical center so that wasn’t too shocking. This place was pretty busy to be the middle of the day on a Wednesday but I was able to walk in and be serviced fairly quickly. They got me in and out and did a great job on my pedicure. This shop also offers 20% discounts to medical works Monday through Thursday, so that’s a plus.

Removal of acrylic powder. I was here 2hours went through 4 workers. Since I was getting a soak off my business wasn’t good enough all they had to do is say they can’t do the service. I will never use this place for anything do not Recommend their service I just stopped by because it was close to my job. Once again go to another place to top up it off removed most of my nails while I was there. I paid but it’s the principal.
