Briana was very professional and went above and beyond to help me. Her attitude was very pleasant.

Apparently building credit with this company means nothing I've been with them for 10-plus years, paid off numerous loans. I currently have a loan that they've been notifying me for months that I have money available. So I'm having surgery in a few days and I wanted to get that money to help with the deductibles I called and because I make cash money cuz I'm a waitress I apparently can't renew my loan so now I don't know how I'm going to have my surgery don't depend on them. 5/30/23 Update: I called Coorporate this morning and everything was straightened out. I will be able to renew my loan. Not in time to help with my surgery butI will be able to have the $ available for future unforseen bills. Ty Brian for getting the ball rolling.
