13Drive Thru around lunchtime had all lanes open. Being 3rd in line took less than 10 minutes. My transaction took less than 3 minutes.
The staff are friendly. The lines are always very long inside. Do not get auto loans with them.
I wish we had kept all the receipts to show the proof. 3rd TIME depositing our money into someone else's account. WHY? Thank goodness we check our receipts, but damn. Not cool tellers.not cool at all.

Excellent customer service. Very nice building and interior. I love the classic rock music station they play on the speakers there. So cool to go to the bank and hear Freebird, House of the Rising Sun, and more.
Unbelievable! We do shared Branching all the time through your Facility, and today my children tried to deposit into their Credit Union, filling out the Shared Branching slip and everything, and then we’re turned away because apparently they don’t do Shared Branching! So, you have he forms but don’t do the service! Worst customer service ever! I will never go to the Rolling Oaks Mall location again. They have no idea what they are doing in there!
