April was beyond wonderful - today I had some questions regarding how credit worked, and she was kind and patient in explaining it in detail. Something like credit can be daunting, and I walked out with clarity in regards to it. She has a way of relating with people that is rare to find nowadays - her style of communication makes it seem like you're talking with a trusted friend, yet her professionalism was of the highest tier.

Monday march thirteenth two thousand twenty three at nine thirty in the morning when to make a deposit there's a drive through. It was me and my friend sitting in the front seat. She was playing pokemon trying to get signals through the window. I send off my deposit young lady came back and told me she would have it done for me in the second. About two seconds later stephanie the supervisor. Ask me what I was doing there. I got smart with her and told her I was just sitting here to look pretty. I told her I was making a deposit she should ask cashier. She advised me that I couldn't take pictures at the bank. I told her they were playing pokemon and I also told her. Why would I be standing in front of a camera taking pictures so you can see me? You know I wanted to I can go to the sidewalk and zoom in. It was her rudeness Not professional at all. When looking to switch insurance companies, I worked the Aaren Ramon to accomplished this task and I was very pleased with the courteous, professional service. He was always very responsive and answered all my questions and guided me to a better deal.

Don’t bank with them i closed my daughter bank account she owed 10 dollars because they charge almost 7 dollars monthly fee to bank with them they deduct it from your account we paid the 7 dollars that she was negative and closed it 6 months later they’re calling asking for 10 dollars I told them I paid it they want to know if I have an 8 month receipt for paying 8 dollars which I don’t they’re making a big deal for 10 dollars that I already paid and they lost my
2 thousand dollar cd which I opened thru mail when I lived in Kansas this bank is no good they will lose your money

She is delightful, personable, professional, patient with all our questions, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She is definitely service-oriented! She wears her badge over her heart.
You can tell she “loves her job”. Her passion to do everything for us and guide us in the wisest decision-making process was exactly who we needed to speak with this morning.

Amanda Nava saved my year! She helped me open an estate acct for my deceased mother's estate. I am a multi-decade member at USAA and so was my mother. Unfortunately, USAA has become so large and disorganized, after a month I gave up opening the estate account with them. Amanda got me up and running in less than two hours. The best part is that she always remembers me when I come in to take care of the estate matters. Her service and kindness has been a breath of fresh air during a difficult time. As soon as I can close the estate out, I am going to close my account with USAA and with my money over here! Thank you so much Amanda!

My husband and I would like to give a great big thanks to Christy Gutierrez. We just left the branch where she was able to assist us with an ATM dispute. She provided us with fantastic customer service, was able to answer any and all questions we had therefore, we left feeling good and know that the issue is being looked into. I've been banking at Security Service for many years. Just recently, I've opened a money market account with Vanessa Arauco. She explained everything thoroughly and addressed any questions I had on the spot. It's a nice branch and everyone is friendly.
