The help we recieved from Tina at the Security Service branch in Castroville was invaluable. Tina took the time to review our accounts, make recommendations and in general steer my husband and I towards financial "tools" that would better serve our family's finances. Tina provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Anytime I need help there is one employee named Christina and she’s such a wonderful person. I have hard time speaking english because it’s not my first language and she is very willing to always explains things with patience and smiles.:)

I was helped out by Tina at the teller line earlier this summer to create an account for my son and she made everything concise! I hate going places and being told fluff then have surprises down the line. If you have any questions or concerns ask her!
