I'd like to commend Matthew Rice at the Boerne SSFCU branch for his outstanding support and service he provided me with an issue I had on my truck payment. He truly went the extra mile to provide me with customer service that is rarely seen these days. Matthew is my go to guy from here on out. Our country needs more dedicated employees like Matthew.

After trying with back office and with another employee here at the boerne branch, Francisco was extremely helpful, especially in resolving the issue I had. It was greatly appreciative of the 3 to 3 and a halfs hours he took out of his day to resolve this. Im thankful to his dedication to the customer which he deals with on a day to day basis like today. My husband and I both opened additional checking accounts plus each of us purchased Certificates. The process took some time and was handled pleasantly by the associate who helped us.

My husband and I went SSFCU in Boerne yesterday December 18,2023 to talk to a someone about our finances with the credit union. We spoke to Alissa Griffith and she is amazing. So, helpful and she took her time explaining everything we needed to know. She is courteous, friendly, taking her time to us understand everything we need to know. She’s great.

Alissa assisted me and my husband in opening multiple bank accounts. She was very kind, informative, and patient. The process was very quick and pleasant. We are very satisfied with our experience at our new bank. Good job guys! Plus, we are very happy about them being open on Saturday mornings.

I am very happy with the way Jacob Wolff handled our transaction. I had been very unsatisfied with the SSFCU employees I spoke with over the phone.
