Sedona Ranch Apartments, San Angelo TX

When I moved In was told it had been renovated, but the stove was from the late 80s early 90s, the fridge had issues staying cold (ice cream didn't stay frozen). All they did was paint and put in new carpet. Maintenance comes in when your not home all the time. And are obvious to normal things to look for. Had put in a better filter in my ac unit one morning, came back 3 hours later and it was replaced with a cheaper made one without even looking at it they threw it out.

We had issues with the hot water heater. They came in, turned up the thermostat and now it's a lot better. They did mess up the tile on the floor a little, but happy with the service overall.

It is a very good place to live. The office staff they very nice to me. Any concerns are fixed right away. This is a beautiful community to live. ️ Thank you for having us! Mr& Mrs. Edward Kelley

The staff and maintenance techs are always attentive and speedy to resolve any issues you may have at your Apartment! Great please to live!

This apparment has a Beautiful and peaceful environment which is the best part. I wish I can use the gym hall whenever I want without requesting the apartment employee to open the door for me every single visit.

I am loving this apartment so far. It's been 7 months that I am residing in this apartment. Everything looks good for me. The only inconvenience that I feel is fitness center is not accessible on my own and I have ask for the key everytime I want to use fitness center. Other than that I have no issues yet.

The a/c man tht came to my apt was good. He filled the unit with freon but he came in and looked at the coils on the unit and showed me where it is leaking in them. He said they needed to be replaced. He said the whole unit needed to be replaced but if they don't replace the coil it will never work properly. He said he would report his findings to Tammy the Mgr. I have not heard from anyone at the office.

I truly love my apartment, and if something wrong maintenance is there to fix it! I love the area I’m at close to the park, by the pool! My two kids love being outside where my patio is! Sedona is a very nice place to live management is #1 thank you Sedona Ranch

Loved the area and great neighborhood everybody to themselfs no problem with maintenance they get the job done when it’s needs to be fixed the management is very lovely this is going to be our second year here and nobody messes with you we love it here

We love living at Sedona Ranch Apartments. Our apartment is a 2 bedroom, walk-in pantry and very large walk-in closet in master bedroom. The grounds are kept nice and the staff is friendly and prompt at any repairs that We’ve needed. It’s very convenient to live next door to Market Street Grocery, the drug store and our bank. These are the reasons we give Sedona Ranch 5 stars!

Great apartment. Helped me with everything I needed. And worked with me when money was tight.
Always were able to help me out once I got my 1 bedroom unit.

Poor management. Moved out in March of 2021 and was called by a debt collector for some charges that were unpaid. Never got an email or phone call about the charges, no communication. This place is old and run down.

It has been a great year living here. Staff are great, it's super quite and we love our apt. We are going to sign a 15 month lease to continue our stay.we recommend Sedona Ranch to anyone looking for a great place.

The staff here is amazing! They have been so helpful throughout our experience. When we moved in, there were some major issues with the apartment, and they were so apologetic and eager to fix the problems. The location is great, and the apartments themselves are nice for the price. Definitely a yes!

If you are a military or first responder personnel, I strongly recommend this place. Management has stepped up security, the people living with stamps are all gone and maintenance has changed staff to improve performance. I live here now for more than a year and just renewed my lease. Keep up the good work!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. None of the office staff care about anything. In my 9 months here, my car was broken into several times, as was my partners. The complex has no security cameras and have a "tough luck" attitude toward theft. In addition, my heat went out in January and it took over four weeks and three attempts to contact staff to get it fixed. Several people had their vehicles stolen from this complex as well. The pools and laundry rooms are disgusting and hardly maintained. Ridiculous price to pay for this.

I enjoyed my time at Sedona Ranch. It was a quite place, I never heard my neighbors. I never felt unsafe. The only thing that I didn’t care for was how hot the apartment could get. Some good black out curtains in place of the blinds help take care of that. I did request maintenance on the ceiling fan in the bedroom and replaced it myself because I never got a response to the request. I never had a problem with bugs or pest, but I keep my place clean. I would recommend the place for affordable living and safety.

Great apartment complex in San Angelo. The staff is wonderful! Their trees are always so neatly trimmed.
