Select Physical Therapy - SW Military, San Antonio TX

I was struggling with a great deal of pain from a job injury and was referred to Select Physical Therapy with Shane Pereira PT, and goodness did help to make me feel better. He did a thorough evaluation and taught me exercises I good even do at home. His demeanor was warm, respectful and caring. I highly recommend this office with their wonderful staff, and also will tell you that if you are in pain and have been injured Shane Pereira PT is the man to see!

I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy. My sister who is disabled has been here on two different occasions, and PT Scott has helped her with her physical strength and mobility. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Scott and Select Physical Therapy!

I was apprehensive about starting because I was certain it would involve pain. Common sense tells us that's a definite part of the healing process. Shane and Scott have both helped me to push myself past my self imposed limits and I am confident, I'll end up much better than I even anticipated! I love how the therapists take the time to explain the exercises to the patients, they are always attentive and at least they never change staff. So you have the same therapist until the end and this for me is the most important thing.

My experience at Select off of S. W. Military Dr.and Pleasanton Rd.was 2nd to none. Shane, Scott and Erin know what they’re doing and have impeccable customer service. If I ever need Physical Therapy again, I will definitely be coming back.
