The facility is inadequate.the equipment is out of date and not even equipped with enough equipment to assist patients.the therapist were not at all interested in assisting.people were left on their own. The front desk was rude.there scheduling is ridiculous.the clerk was unable to locate appointments after I showed her their text confirming appointments for ot and pt.the individual who scheduled appointments had listed both appointments as pt.very poor service. I do not recommend it is a joke. Just milking money from insurance.

I would give this facility 5 stars because the physical therapist are all so great (especially imani) but because they have the wrong person for the front desk job, I gave 3 stars. Now this is the very 1st front desk receptionist. Besides being very unprofessional, she is very rude on the phone and in person. She lacks the kindness and compassion needed for this type of job. Absolutely no common sense. She doesn't even welcome the patients coming in. We have to wait until she is finish eating her tacos before she acknowledges us. At first i thought she must be having a bad day, but after 4 appointments later nothing has changed. She definitely doesn't reflect this facility the way it should. Please take note, you will lose patients. Please make the necessary changes.

Very happy with results! Kevin knew all the right exercises to strengthen my back, and showed me what I was doing wrong with my own exercises. Very knowledgeable. The front desk remembered my name! When I would walk in, they would greet me and already have me signed in. When I would leave they were ready to schedule my next visits, very professional, then I would receive text reminder of before the next appointment.

Therapist was amazing, but the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing! My husband is SELF PAY HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!
We got a bill so we called and they said they would take care of it because we paid every single visit the day of, we never left that place without paying we have receipts! And We just received a collections bill!

My therapist is cool and friendly she understands what we're going through she's very helpful!

Wonderful and caring physical therapists. They deserve 5 stars. But I’m giving this business a 3 because Megan, at front desk is not very helpful, rude and doesn’t follow up. After 2 weeks of waiting on a call from her, I had to resend all my info to Irma, who was more helpful and got my appointments scheduled. Today I called again, to see if she had sent approval request and she said she was sending it now. Mind you, the doctor sent it to her almost 2 weeks ago. Very frustrating. Paperwork delays, delayed appointments= delayed healing and recovery.

Carisse is the best she’s awesome. The best physical therapist I’ve ever had. Her gentle nature makes you want to work harder for her. She pays attention and is very observant.

The other physical therapists are such a fun group. Great atmosphere.

The reception staff are friendly and welcoming.

Worst patient front service! Very rude receptionist at front! Wish we had gone to another facility, been waiting for theraphy approval for my mothers knee replacement but no answer at all! Its been THREE WEEKS WAITING FOR THEM ANSWER and nothing, Insurance told my mother today they never got the paperwork requesting physical theraphy! Select physical theraphy never sent the papers to them! They do not care about patients getting the theraphy. Mrs Meghan Hdz was the one who sadly was encharged Mothers paperwork.

Did all the paperwork in advance, uploaded my insurance and got there and they still needed me to redo all the paperwork. Terrible waste of time and effort. Go to a smaller, privately owned local therapist and get the personal care you deserve.

Great people and staff, Iam really comfortable doing my exercises as I have the support of my therapist and they are very friendly. I really love this place is like doing your exercises at home.

She's very detailed and corrects me when I'm performing wrong action she's gentle and kind.

Quality care, great PT's, front desk is on point. Mrs. Laura Vielma is a great PT. I have also had therapy with other Therapist i.e. Courtney and it seems to be a very consistent level of care from everyone here.
