It's been cleaned up in the recent years (probably after the Netflix series I guess) since it was in very bad shape thanks to people without education that mistreated the place. Right now it even has some music and some tracks telling her story which is great for fans. I think it's time to add something new but probably won't because many people on the area just don't have the respect for these things

Nice place to visit, there were city workers power washing the area down, the lady boss was kind or rude, told the workers, let's go, we're not going to get nothing done here to many people, there were 8 people there

The statue looks very beautiful in person. It was a wonderful experience and definitely recommended others to come to see her beauty.

So cute. I loved seeing this. My 1st time in corpus and had to come see this! It was amazing and I was in awe. I loved the music playing all around too. Such a tragic ending to her life, but she is definitely an Icon!

Very well kept memorial dedicated to the memory of the late mexican-american singer Selena Quintanilla. It is a very touchy visit for all Selena’s fans. There is a low volume recording in the background playing some of her hits along with a bilingual female voice narrating some of the most important moments of Selena’s life. A must visit place when in Corpus Christi.

Such a vibrant spirit, I know she enjoys the beautiful sunrise every morning. I know she loves the thousands of fans that come to see her.

Very emotional and beautiful for any Selena fan. Audible recording plays her music and narrates her history as you browse the plaques. Located by the yacht port and bay side. Care is very maintained by Selena's family and the city.

Super great experiencia! I wish we could have gone to the museum but it was closed, it was a Saturday. Loved the sound of the ocean.

I loved the life story of Selena, I understood better when Jennifer Lopez played Salena. Now I know who she was.

All I can say is the statue of Selena has gotten alot more popular over the years and it's very impressive to see that.

So many of her fans visit this beautiful statue of Selena Quintanilla's Perez n the white rose which was her favorite color of rose! They come from all over the world n many put roses there

Beautiful memorial to honor the queen of Tex-Mex. We went on a Monday afternoon, parked on the street right by the memorial, and only had to wait for 1 or 2 other people to take pics.
