Charged $15 to take off nails and did not even do the whole pedicure that was paid for.definitely take your business elsewhere. When i talked to the lady at the front desk she said that her employees would never do that and did not take me seriously.

I’ve tried many nail salons in Tyler and have been disappointed every time. This was my first time and Hailey did amazing! I will definitely be going to her from now on. 10/10!

This is one of the worst fills I have ever gotten. When I showed how badly Kelly had done my nails to the employee that took my money she replied they looked good to her. When I pointed out the lumps and how cat's eyes are not supposed to be translucent she told me that she's not a nail technician and doesn't pay attention to details. If you do not pay attention to details then you need to find another line of work and it doesn't take a nail technician to see ugly. Ladies go into salons to feel better when they walk out not worse than when they walked in. I just lost $60 and I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed causing me to lose even more money.

I really wanted to avoid this place because I’ve had very rushed and rude techs work on me and really ruined the spa experience. But there’s a specific color I like that I know this spa has. I went in as a walk-in and they were busy but had someone that was available and worked me in pretty fast. The girl that did my pedicure was phenomenal. She was SO sweet, took her time and even helped me choose a different color than what I originally went in for. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Thank you!

We made an appointment and got right in even though some other walk ins. My pedi was perfect. My new favorite place.

First time here and I’ll be back! Kathy was my nail tech and she did a great job. She was very thorough and gentle. Really enjoyed it!

If you haven’t been here yet just know you’re missing out. I’m all about quality service and wow was I pleased.

This place is beautiful. 1st time I went I loved my nails. 2nd ti.e I went my dip nails broke off within 3 days and my gel toe nail polish came off a few toes within a week. I didn't go back to get them fixed but I'm sure they would have graciously fixed them. Overall I would probably go back here over time

One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. We are in town visiting and can’t wait till I’m back in the area to come again! The salon is very clean & relaxing.

If you’re looking to have shellac done go elsewhere don’t waste your money here! Polish only lasted 1 day before coming off I’ve been 2 times to have fixed and it’s just another nail chipping everyday.

I didn't have much nail length for them to work with but Ann did a beautiful job shaping them so they didn't look stubby.

I have never left a bad review before but this I feel is necessary. I just left here from getting the solar pink & white set. I told my tech, Danny, beforehand that I was very sensitive & asked he be careful. After several times of him nicking the sides of my nail beds from rushing through his work, I asked him to slow down. In the end, my nails are very thick and lumpy, the paint and shape look terrible, and my nails beds are hurting.

Jenny has the BEST nail salon in Tyler! I have known her for years and have watched her progress as a nail tech to salon owner. She deserves every bit of good that comes her way. Very hard worker and dedicated to her clients. Professional, honest, loyal + cleanest salon in Tyler!

My favorite place! This salon is so quick, attentive and clean. By far the best service. They do an amazing job every time!

Wonderful service for nails and pedicures. Kelly is so sweet and does an amazing job with dip nails and a wonderful pedicure. I was having issues with a different salon. SEN was highly recommended. I've found my new place!

Thoroughly enjoyed my manicure. It was the best I have ever had. It included a warm towel on my neck and then a neck massage along with the paraffin wax on my hands and then massage of arms and hands. It was very relaxing and the lady doing my manicure was very pleasant. Everyone in the salon was very friendly. I would highly recommend this salon.
