This past visit at sephora was my best. I was assisted by Alexandria who greeted me as I walked in and she answered all my questions and was so kind and patient. Thanks Alexandria! You're a 5 star person.

Two of my friends and I visited this Sephora and we believe we were profiled by the employees. I had needed to repurchase some of my makeup favorites from Dior so we went to that section. We were first approached by an employee asking us if we need help. We thought nothing of it because that is basic customer service protocol. We stayed in the Dior section trying out different products and how they looked on us. The employees, particularly one, asked us if we needed help multiple times after that. All three of us had worked in customer service before, so we know that usually when you ask someone multiple times if they need help we think someone is going to steal. It is not a crime to try out products in Sephora, hence the testers available. Dior is a very expensive brand. I’m not going to blindly buy something from them. Unfortunately yes, Dior products are often stolen but theft was not our intention. I picked out what I needed and the purchase barely made a dent in my bank account. It seems upon reading some reviews left here that others experienced something similar. Someone does not have to be white, older, or look professional to have money.

Brands I wanted had small displays and lack of item availability. Spend $500 and get $10 off. Straight comedy. The day inkey list signs up with Ulta will be the last day Sephora sees me in store.

Meh. Went for a makeover, and it was ok. Sat there for 45 minutes until I went up to the main desk and asked what was up with my prepaid appointment. Somehow, they canceled my appt by mistake. Had to wait for the next artist to show up. It was rushed by then because now there was a backup in appts due to the cancelation. I'm not completely satisfied with my suggested purchases by the artist, but the cosmetics work ok. Don't see a big difference in the stuff they sell vs.buying loreal products in other stores. But the tech who did my makeover was a super sweet kid. If you go there for a make-over, make sure you tip well. They don't make commissions off the services or the products you buy. I made a point of asking her.

The staff here are super nice! I always prefer this location compared to the Domain (staff there are not friendly).

I was not a Sephora customer until about two years ago when I happened to stop in at the Georgetown, , Texas location. Now, I am a Sephora Insider Rewards member and have been very pleased with this service at this location. But, today was very disappointed in how i was treated. I usually order online and just pick up my items. I needed the Verb Ghost Hairspray and online all the stores were out of stock. I went into the store today and they had a tester and one can left - with no cap. I ask the Manager if she could verify that it was not used and she showed me the difference from the tester. Then, I ask her to put a cap on from another like for like can and she was not willing to do that either. I then ask for a discount and she said she had no button for a discount. In addition, I explained I was out of this product and have always supported local shopping at Wolf. I tried to order online last night with my 20% coupon and the only store that had this product was The Domain which is 20 miles away in Austin. It would not ship to me either. I just want to bring this to leadership attention that if you have a product and a recurring customer that maybe you could update your process to help to keep a customer rather than me being forced to not shop at Sephora anymore. And, have to go to a competitor.

I wish this location had longer hours, but their selection is always plentiful. This location also has some incredible makeup artists!

Had a wonderful learning experience with a lady who put on my make up. She was excellent! It was $30 for half an hour and we'll worth the money and time spent.

I found what I was looking for because someone quickly helped me and the cashier was also friendly. I didn't even need to ask for help.

I wish I could give zero stars for this place. I have been a loyal sephora customer for many years. I only buy my makeup here. I got covid and was sick for 2 months and couldn't make a return on time. They refused my exchange just now. I'm so upset. I was told when I called while I was sick that they'd let me return it so I didn't have to come into the store while sick. Looks like I need to go to ulta.

Isabella is a doll and is very knowledgeable! She took her time with me and matched me to a really nice foundation. Gave a samples of what she was able to give me. Gave me a lots of tips! Go see her now!

Waited at the checkout for like 10 min. Employees were walking by talking to each other and didn’t even bother help me out even though I was only going to purchase one product. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
