Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
13It wasnt the cleanest Sephora I've been in. It was missing a lot of products but luckily found what was needed.
Every time I come to this sephora there is never anything ever! It is so annoying that in the app it tells me that if they have it in stock and that when you want to buy there is nothing the people there have no idea where things are or the products I will never give my money to this sephora lousy service
Fantastic customer service. I was greeted very nicely when walking in, everyone offered help. They were out of the fragrance I wanted and ordered it online with free shipping for me. I had previously been to two other sephoras looking for this fragrance and this wasn’t offered, which is fine, but it stood out that they made sure I got it easily. The woman in fragrance was so helpful and easy to work with. She recommended other similar products after placing my fragrance order. The product she wanted to show me she had to go to the back to get, again which was just nice to me. She didn’t have to put that type of effort. I spoke to the manager, George, about what great service she, and everyone else, offered and wish I’d remembered her name but she was a black girl with curly shoulder length hair with glitter spray in it. The customer service really stood out because I just left Cotton On and they were all terribly rude for no reason, not just indifferent, they were flat out rude, so going where you feel welcome to be in store makes a difference.
I came for a hydra facial and a 60 minute makeup service. PJ, Evelyn and Roxy did a great job and were super friendly during my visit! Thank you for making my experience at a Sephora in Austin a lovely one!
Love this store. They made me feel special on my birthday too with free product samples. I loved my OUAI samples and will be heading back soon for larger sizes of the product, esp the perfume! The store Manager was so sweet to me. I really appreciated it.
Store close at 6: 00 but online it said this store close at 8: 00 pm. I come to the store at 7: 00 pm and it is closed!
James is the absolute best person you could ask for help here! He has so much knowledge about every product he recommends to you and I promise you will love all of them. Thank you James for being so good at your job!
I'm a woman of color and walked in with two other women of color. We asked for the black owned make up line Ami Cole. The worker at the door on April 6th said " no we don't carry that" then I scanned store and saw the brand new launch display. It felt ignorant to not know what's in stock. It felt insulting that because it's a small business it was overlooked where as Fenty is not even questioned. GIVE ALL BLACK OWNED BUSINESS IMPORTANCE. It made me and my group feel dismissed.
Came in today and needed help with product suggestions. Jasmin (curly, highlighted hair) was extremely dismissive and unengaged
Worst customer service ever! In every Sephora I walk into they are always willing to help. Couldn’t find a soul at this location and when I did the red head was rude. Other 3 people didn’t offer to help. Can I give a negative 0?
I came here a few months ago and purchased Urban Decay setting spray. When I got home and eventually used it, I came to realize I had a defective bottle because it sprayed a TON of white speckles all over my face. Entirely ruined my makeup for the evening to where I had to take it off entirely and re-do my whole face. Keep in mind I use this product on a regular basis, shook the bottle before as instructed, so I am certain that it was a defective bottle. My friend also accidentally used it and the same happened to her. When I came in a few months later (1/8/23 at 12pm) to exchange it, the cashier informed me it was past 60 days and I could not return it. When I told her I was not okay with that, considering it was their fault I ended up with a defective product, and I am simply trying to EXCHANGE it for the product I expected in the first place. She called over a manager who, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience this has caused, told me that it was against their return policy but she would “accept the exchange just this one time only”. I find that absolutely ridiculous and as a manager, it is your job to give excellent customer service and she absolutely failed at that. She walked away very abruptly and proceeded to page the cashier while I was still standing there, telling her to make sure that there was still a lot of liquid in the bottle to ensure I wasn’t lying. It was beyond rude, I would have liked for her to test the bottle on her own face so that she could ruin her makeup in the way it ruined mine before a night out. Absolutely unacceptable for someone who has been a loyal Sephora customer for years. With that kind of service I will be taking my service to Ulta where they actually respect their customers.
The worst Sephora in the Austin area. Terrible customer service (I kept getting the run around and having to find people to assist me) and barely anything in stock. Waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at the domain or arboretum.
