I love sephora in general, but this location has the best staff. They are helpful and willing to suggest brands in whatever you are searching for.

As in this area is a big mess, and a lot busy & car accidents, for the contraction, over it, I got one of best experience today by Sephora, I got problem with my makeup color (actually Sephora collection) sorry but I found raising the prices, excepting Sephora collections, so I was need exchange de makeup color, and the sales put me some troubles, but the management or something like it, come over and do how I was need it, so happy, was make a Friday good, already tell, this atras most of the stores like tjjmaxx are like pain in you btt. So happy Sephora is 4 star to me. Thank you so much, and also for you kindness, none one associate try help me, I’m believe is because I am look I don’t have too much $ to spend, but it’s Okk is not complain is just saying.

The employee asked me if I needed help and in the middle of my sentence when I was asking them a question turned around and said k and left me standing there. Guess I will pay 50$ for foundation from another teenager with a better attitude somewhere else.

I have been a VIB member for years & for the most part I have been treated well whenever I do a store visit. Well, I decided to do a quick run into the store to confirm some shades & scents before I completed my online shopping. Cayla helped me narrow down some foundation colors & what a blessing she was as my color choices were way off! She was very sweet, patient & accommodating to say the least. What a breath of fresh air in today's climate of minimum customer service.

I keep going back to this location thinking & hoping the experience will be better, but nope…This time not one associate asked if I needed help the entire time I was in the store…The only time someone helped me was when I stopped one of them and asked for some makeup samples…I refuse to purchase another high priced makeup without trying it on and it not match. She was friendly enough to get the samples but after she gave them to me, of course she didn’t bother to ask if I needed help with anything else…This interaction or lack there of, is how it goes every time I go to this store…I will just continue to purchase online, where I don’t have to be ignored.

Do not request Curbside unless you want to sit in your car for 25 min. Absolutely dismal. You can drive up to the Woodlands and they are out in 5 min. Just don’t offer the service if you are going to keep people waiting that long.

Employees gossip very loudly about other employees which is uncomfortable because the store is small. I was waiting at the register and an older woman who was working told me to “SPEAK UP! ” Instead of just waiting which I thought was rude because I was patiently waiting and I assumed someone would come to the register if there is someone there. She kind of yelled it which I thought wasn’t professional.

Such a nice place I hate going to the mall and going trough several stores to get to sephora so it was nice I could just walk up to it. The lady's are super nice.and I loved my birthday gift this year.

I would give it a 5 stars if an employee wasent very offensive towards me, because I open the cabinet nothing wrong with it but ok. But other than that very pleasant with the service especially Morgan she went above and Beyond to help me find my shade for foundation. She was very patient with me, she bare with me gave me great tips about my skin. Unlike other employees at other stores who just give you an attitude like they just want to get rid of you and buy and get out of there. Morgan is the best!
